This is just one snippet of this dub but believe me when I say that this entire thing is gold, straight up. Take a like and sub, you earned it

Searching for a former friend and the book in her possession, Sunny and Kel must now try to learn from the local gang where Aubrey is; either through words, or by force... It is currently 95 minutes until the premier as of writing this, so I may update this comment after the video to give my thoughts. -I say -*-maybe-*- as the last time I said that, I forgot about it. Best to leave this being updated to a coin flip...- This is following the premier of the video (and partially driven by sleep deprivation). It was good; the leadup to the church was well done. From Maverick's overconfidance to Candice's gritted teeth happiness, all of the characters were again well acted. It is also a nice change to see kel and Omori actually lose fights in the real world; quite often, too. It stands in contrast to headspace, where the gang either wins handily, pull through with the skin of their teeth, or suffers defeat for a punchline (which then gets reversed, something that Sunny cannot do in the real world, much as he would want to...) The church was rough. This is not a critique of lacking quality. Rather, it is the opposite. The excellent acting of Kel and Aubrey, along with the inherant discomfort of the situation they were in, simply made thingss too uncomfortable for me to watch with audio. From what little I heard, Aubrey's VA did a good job at portraying the anger that their character would be experiencing, with kel's VA doing likewise. The revalations that occured in the church were also given with the gravitas that was expected in the situation. On a side note, the offical Dubspace discord were also having emotions while the scene was unfolding. Finally, there is the graveyard and Sunny's VA. For a character with very few lines, you can definitely tell the emotions that Sunny is feeling when reading the grave of Mari, followed by the final shaken "M-mari" at the end. It shows that, while it may be obvious to those who played the game, Sunny has not gotten over Mari's death. Not by a long shot... I hope that this sleep-deprived comment has entertained or provided some limited insight. I hope that you have a nice day.

You have no idea how many times I’ve watched this TvT I don’t know how to explain it but watching this feels like re-experiencing OMORI for the first time, and also feels a little (a little as in A LOT-) like I’m watching it as a series/movie :D (this is positive ! :] ) I can’t wait for the next part ! tbh voice for omori is neat its really a 12 year olds monotone voice(i think dubbing omori right is important i saw dubbers laying omori and in final fight he was voiced like some edgy demon when in reality its dead inside 12 yo roasting sunny)

was literally just watching the video before this and was asking myself “i wonder when the next part will release?” and GUESS what was uploaded today.

OMG YESSSS!!!! I love everything about this episode! Good job everyone! Also the way Sunny (well, omori in his thoughts) first commented on the smelly hobo had me in TEARS! I was not expecting him to be that disgusted lol! I can't wait for the next episode! again, good job!

I forgot how much I like KIM. She’s SUCH a good character and her being voiced makes my love for her increase.. Wish she showed up more. (Also Auby has that moody teenage girl vibe rather than the 40-year-old trying to voice a moody teenage girl vibe, which I’ve seen in other dubs/voice headcannons yknow?? Dunno how to explain it. Speaking of voices and how they compare to other dubs/voice headcanons.. I like how NATURAL BASIL sounds! Like, I’ve usually seen him with a higher pitched voice.) Other details I like include the venom in “KEL took away your STEAK KNIFE..”, the sass in KIM’s “Why don’t you mind your own business?” and “Well, aren’t you acting all high-and-mighty?”, Auby’s “Are you guys really picking a fight?” etc etc. Daisy should’ve gotten some fish IRL for her amazing performance as Orange Cat.
