Get an alignment done on your steering. I use a.1995 Jeep.Wrangler.YJ with a soft top and.half doors in Nigeria.
That is the perfect car for the job there man. And yes the suspension is due a good haulover but still what a awsome vehicle these jeeps are. Have a good one 🙌
Agree it’s an underrated car and poor reliability reputation of old Alfa’s make it good value vs. Competition. Had our 2011 2.0 JTDM for 2.5 years and 30k miles. Generally reliable and just had to replace radio aerial and tailgate wiring loom which are known faults.
Good to hear there nice and reliable. Have a good one 🙌
Pls help me i have same car .
You need no help the car will get you there 😉. Have a good one 🙌
great show , mine is a 1990 canadian built yj, 4.2 last of the carburetors eh ,ax15. 6" overall lift,33" tyres, gm hei, one wire 100 amp alt, sye, built for prospecting in bc cannada, Little jeep gets aprox 10mpg ( 4.3 km/l) This jeep has mandatory rest breaks every 2 1/2 hours of driving on paved roads
That's the v8 right ? Well at least gass is cheaper in Canada 🫣have a good one 💪
I hate 1000hp overweight hypercar, those are pointless and useles. Gma t50 is icon. F80,w1, Koenigseggs not, too heavy, no fun. Weight kill all fun.
It's about how a car makes you feel and experience the moment at the wheel. Don't matter if it's not the king of the hill it's about the experience. Have a good one and thanks for the comment💪
I love that android radio headset. Can you give some more info about this?
Bought it on amazon. One din android auto unit. It was a nameless brand. Hope you can get one. Have a good one 🙌
On my third ignis . Perfect for work ( back seats go down , like a little van) get all my work stuff in.perfect for my two golden retrevers. Gonna cry when can't get any more.
It is a little van with the backseats down. Came in clutch when moving friends and family. Have a good one and enjoy your awsome little ignis🙌
I have a 2005 Ignis AWD, it’s MY car, not the family car so it’s a bit of a dump inside and out, but as soon as there is a sniff of ice or snow suddenly everyone wants to borrow it. It’s a great car, and hope it last a few more years!
Haha love to hear that. No wheater to heavy for the little 4wd ignis 💪. Have a good one 🙌
I just bought a 1.5 ignis 4x4 from 2004. When I do revision what do I have to change aditional to a normal front wheel car?
These jeeps you love it or you hate it For me always fun to drive it just basic
There awsome. Old but gold. Have a good one 🙌
Nice video. That’s a tiptronic, not pdk, for sake of accuracy
Thanks man. And yea it's a tiptronic not the pdk🫣. Have a good one.
Tyres and wheels don’t look correct - too fat/big - but love the look
Try 2.0 jtdm2 170hp aswell i wanna know whats the difference scince i own diesel and they both have same hp
You get better fuel efficiency with the diesel. A tune can wake it up. Have a good one and many nice miles with the alfa💪
Glad you really enjoyed the Triumph Stag. I purchased my Triumph Stag brand new in 1973 and it has been 100% reliable and has survived the test of time. As an historic vehicle it benefits from free road tax and low insurance (50gbp per year). It has more personality than my R230 Mercedes which it will outlast. All the best.
50 £ sounds good for sutch a nice car. Have many more smiles per gallon in your stag💪👍
From Chile, mine is a 2005 ignis. Cheap car, i agree with that. Takes me everywhere: shopping, College, Supermarket, to the countryside; darn even i took it to races with other city cars (only for fun, is slow but fun to drive) i love it. Edit: and mine doesnt has airbag, nor abs, nor nothing, just the engine the lights and the steer wheel xD
Good to hear you enjoy your ignis as well. And the racing sounds good as long as it's safe. Hope you have lots of trouble free motoring with your suzuki. Have a good one 🙌💪
dattttsss cooolll revvvieiwww
Thanks 🙌💪
Excellent review guys.. I think the fact that there are still so many Stags on the road and being driven tells you all you need to know about this car. Without doubt the best looking BL car made. Oh and that Stag V8 burble.. Outstanding.
Thanks for the comment. And yea it's a beautiful car. And a shame that there are so little original v8s left but what a sound. Have a good one 🙌💪
How much did it cost to replace the alternator? I have the 5 door version of this car (2003) and have some rough idling when starting it cold, sometimes stalling all together. But the issue goes away after driving a bit. I replaced the spark plugs but that didn’t solve it, so I’m wondering if it’s the alternator since you mentioned it’s a common Suzuki flaw
I've got mine via autodock. It was around 90 euros and putting it on a hour of labor. But it was worth it runs like a champ again. Hope this helps a bit and may your little ignis have many more happy miles🙌💪
I Love Those Homely Dashboards.
Old school but works fine. Have a good day 🙌💪
take the top and doors off
Maybe in spain or Californië. But here in the Netherlands it's a bit to rainy and windy most of the time🥲. Have a good one🙌💪
Interesting that this car was featured in the last episode of The Grand Tour that just recently aired. Maybe they were inspired by your video to include it. I’m still looking forward to your next video guys!
I hope james watched our episode and got inspired. Would be a dream if one of them sees our videos. But we got some more in the works. Have a good one and thanks for the comment 👍💪
Hey guys! New videos on project for future? :D
Yea we will keep it updated. Have a good one
I've had my Stag for about 5 years now and she never stops putting a smile on my face. Someone asked if I had a good sound system in her and I said yes, it's called the engine (it does have a radio, but I turned it on once, too see if it works and it's never been on since). Really good review lads, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
That is a awsome story about a radio that was obsolete because it was in a great car. Thanks for your comment and compliment. We will have new videos soon. Have a good one 👍🙌
I heard that the Ignis has a relatively high step-in height (is that the right term?) in other words the seat is somewhat higher compared to other compact cars making it easier to get in. Is that indeed the case for this model/year?
Yes it's the case. It's a little higher up than for say a swift or comparable car. Have a good one 🙌👍
Ignis Sport is the one to go for.
Getting quit rare nowadays. Have a good one 🙌👍
Yes, you're right, it's one of the most beautiful, elegant British cars ever made. And so distinctive. Michelotti got the interior and exterior design perfect from every angle, just as he did with the TR4/4A/5/250 and you're right again most new cars on the roads today are so boring and dull, especially electric cars which all look the same and don't make that beautiful V8 burble. BTW the reason Triumph kept the indicator sounds so quiet is so that it doesn't distract from the beautiful sound of that V8 exhaust :) Nice original condition and color, the only points I would disagree with are your wheels and steering wheel. The originals look better. Those rims were made for minis and IMHO don't look right on the Stag. Again, Triumph got it perfect with the original alloys which were designed for that car and the 2500S. IMO the only non-standard steering wheel that looks okay in a Stag is a Moto-Lita. You can even get the s/wheel boss with the Stag logo.
Thanks for your comment. And it's not our car so personal preference from the owners. Still just a awsome touring car. Have a good one 🙌👍
I have one of these in the UK and i love my little ignis 2002 it's soooo much fun to drive around & you are definitely right it doesn't matter if it gets scratched it doesn't care it just keeps going
Good to hear you enjoyed the heck out of it. And yea there just awsome little city cars. Have a good one🙌👍
White Donald Wilson Brenda Hernandez Larry
Ik heb er 2 weken geleden een gekocht als mijn tweede auto maar dan de Quadrofoglio Verde variant en ik moet zeggen het zijn wel gevaarlijk leuke auto'tjes + vooral de voorkant is zo fking vet
Lekker hoor. Genieten van die dikke car. Have a good one 🙌
"This car wants to kill me" no brah it wants you to take it offroad.
😅🤣
I have one too, I love this car. It's reliable, and fun to drive.
Great little runabout. And great little engine. Have fun with it and have a good one 🙌
Best engine for the Stag is the 3.0 v6 from the Ford Capri as the Power is Identical but the v6 is more Reliable and parts are cheaper and plentiful ✅
For the parts availability yes. But the v8 has a better sound for the car imo. Have a good one 🙌
The triumph 3.0 v8 is good enough with the correct maintenance.. mine never goes beyond halfway on the temp gauge. As much as I love the rover v8 engine soon as you put one into a stag you’ve ruined it. Needs to stay as a TV8 plus it’s one of the best sounding v8s around!
For all its flaws, the Triumph V8 sounds amazing. Wouldn't want to lose that.
Why bother with a horrible Ford V6 when you can put in an RV8 or a Chevy 350? Both are easier to fit, both are more reliable and both are more powerful.
At 17 I bought my first car, a 1.4 Alfa Romeo giulietta and it is amazing. Since buying I’ve installed the full leather seats (a major upgrade over the cloth ones), installed a ulter sport muffler and just overall cleaned the car up. It’s a 2013 so headlights, interior trim and badges etc were getting old so yes cleaned all of that up and my giulietta is now an absolute stunner which drives as good as it looks.
Thanks for the comment man. And your car sounds like a gem now with all the upgrades you did. Enjoy it mate and have a good one 🙌

That stupid bgm kills it - can't watch :(
It is not the whole video.
Scrap the music, triumph stag make their own music.
Got a short with just the lovely rumble of the V8 and lots of times in the video as well
This is subjective, however comments during the driving are often silly on this video.
That is also subjective 😉
what are the biggest off road tires that fit this suzuki ignis ?
Good question. I don't know but if you want a cool little off road car I would suggest a suzuki jimny
@@dutchcarguys TY FOR YOUR ADVICE .. BUT ALREADY HAVE THE IGNIS AND ANOTHER 2 BAD CARS.. I WILL TRY TO SELL THEM ! AND MAKE IT BACK TO '''OLD VOLVO '' I LIVE IN ROMANIA AND I CANT FIND A MECHANIC TO FIX THE IGNIS TRANSMISION .... , I WAS ASKING ABOUT TIERS TO TRY TO SELL THE CAR ! TY
Very different type of review. Makes a change from the boring clinical car reviews from most others. Good work. I haven't driven this car, but I will put it in my shortlist as well. A work colleague of mine had a 1.4 TB MultiAir with manual gearbox. He had an early model (probably 2011 or 2012). He used to change his cars every six months to a year, but he kept this Giulietta for a good few years. He really enjoyed it. His only complaint was occasional rattles in the car interior. Economy wise max he ever saw from this engine was around 44 to 48 MPG (imperial) on a long run.
Thanks for the comment💪. We will try to make more reviews in our way and style. If you have the chance try one. Great cars if you keep up the maintenance. Have a good one 🙌
Great video for a great little car. So many have survived for all the reasons you have highlighted.
Thanks 🙌. We loved our time with the stag. Have a good one.
Well done guys, a fresh approach to reviewing the Stag. It's funny, for a car that had such a bad reputation for reliability and quality in its day it now stands as one of the most popular classic cars of any era. And that is because of all the characteristics you have captured so well in your review. I have had mine for 11 years and I can tell you it still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it, whether to the shops or on really long tours. It's like a good wine, it gets better with age and it travels well!
Thanks for the comment . We loved the stag, the styling ,the v8 and the ride. And the name ,you can drive a jaaaaggg but the brits also have the staaaggg. Have a good one and lots of lovely miles in your stag🙌
And ironically it's one of the most reliable classic cars lol mine has never let me down and it's not even modded
Yall should show the praticality of this little car, like the space you get when dropping the back seats until it is flat like the floor, alot of people will be amazed by that. Good show just more info into things like these would be appreciated.
Thanks for the comment man. We will keep this in mind next time we do a small practical car. Have a good one 🙌
Nice, glad it's all "sorted out", like the Stags!
Thanks for the comment. We also love a good stag. Have a good one🙌
I love these little cars. It’s like a Japanese mini. Comfortable fun little car, cheap to run and many smiles to the gallon.
That's what the ignis stands for 🫡 Have a good one mate 🫶💪

Why is there rubbisch music in thid Video? Street, tires engine ist the Sound Enthusiast want to hear. I am sad ...
If you watch our video on the car there is better sounds of the car and it was raining buckets that day so there were street tires on it. Have a good one.
Only it had in the engine bay a Rover 3500 V8 from 1975...
This one is sorted. So quite reliable. But for parts and stuff yea better have a rover in the front. Have a good one 🙌👍
I love it that you are covering this beautiful car, the wheels are “minilites” and not Mini Cooper! Used on Mini’s, but not exclusively. 👍🏼
Thank you. And about the wheels I didn't know they were not a mini wheel but still In the name😅. Have a good one💪
I really enjoyed your review. Watching two dudes driving what i love for the first time and having a ball. I have a 1995 YJ Sahara with the 4.0, automatic and just put black steel wheels with 33x12.50R15's on it and it drives down two lane highway at 70 straight as an arrow with me steering with one finger. Don't let others fool you guys, these old Jeeps run great and smooth on any highway.
Thanks man. We need to drive a 4.0 sometime. Have fun adventures in yours enjoy. Have a good one 💪
Love to see this, even tho it's 2 months later. As a marshal trackside, this is one of my top events to work at. I am dutch but want to keep it English here, love to hear the story behind this weekend. Thanks for the video, loved it and the british are always very welcoming.
Thank you! We love to be able to tell/show you the story. The overall ambience off the weekend and how welcomint everyone was, was amazing. So we can imagine it is a nice event to work at. ❤️
