resin ko regenerate kyu karna padta hai ? or salt water add karne se regenerate hota kese hai ?
Softener removes hardness from water. Hardness comes from "Calcium" & "Magnesium" Softener resins do exchange Ions, it releases sodium and observe Ca, Mg. And once all resins get full observed with Ca, Mg, then we need to regenerate resin with Salt (sodium).
