Mine works perfectly. Perhaps maybe it's your ssd, I swear by Samsung, so sometimes I found with other SSD's they overheat and/or slow down because of that.

In my opinion, haven't tried a linux box with it, having windows myself, all these units have standard chipsets that should be detected by Linux fine, especially something as modern as Pop. Good question, try it out, if anything amazon has easy returns policy with free labels. I highly recommend it.

Good point, I stuck on Windows 7 until the last possible moment and still holding out with my pcs on windows 10 until I would have no other choice.

Yes I am happy with these panels, having tested out several panels, I find that they all perform the same by not more than 20%. I recommend you put them into parallel, depending on your setup and what voltage it can accept. If you have victron, series is fine, if you have a solar generator, check the open circuit voltage and do not exceed it, I find 1000w or less is up to 30v usually and more than than can be 48-60v, so these in series would work with a larger solar generator. Parallel might also be better because if one gets shaded you get the power from the other two.

@@wisebuyreviews Thanks! Even without your answer, I have bought 2 of these panels. I tested them yesterday on a very hot summer day. In series I achieved a maximum of 175W, which is a top value for the temperatures. In winter the 200W should easily be reached. I will buy a third panel because they are currently very cheap (under 100 euros). On my Victron 100/20 I can connect 3 panels both in series and in parallel. Very good.

You are probably right, if they made a switch like this I would have bought it. I find it is way too hot and noisy, but it is in a closet so I don't hear it all the time.

Put several in a series, and you'll get the voltage you wish.

Fingers crossed, so far so good, but personaly don't go to any non-legit sites so I find it works as it should. I like that it is multigig. It also has a feature for separate WAN's meaning you can create several networks with it that don't see each other. So for example if I connect a wifi router to one port and let guests use it they can't see the other computers on the network which is nice if you have many people on one connection. A lot of customizability. I find with routers, getting multi-gig is quite scarce especially with 10gbe and for me what I love it being is wifi free.

Find me the same or better battery for cheaper 135ah, 1000cca, self heating starter battery with 11 year warranty and I would be happy to change my mind. It's the guy getting 200 dollar android saying iphones are crap because one cheaper. You ain't getting the quality and features with the others.

I see where your concern is, my battery is perfectly sized for my 150amp alternator, on the dakota lithium battery website it is designed for alternators of up to 150 amps. Long story short, this one has a BMS that allows the 150amp input and won't shut down, causing that cascade of failures. The issue is that people are using inferior Products for their car, for example dakota has a 60ah battery for starter, however it warns that it is not for car with 100 amps alternator. Read more on the website, I did my research, this is a drop-in replacement and so far so good. I haven't been able to find a better battery for my car on the entire market. So this is why this thing is $1200 because it needs to do exactly the 1000 cold cranking amps and the high amp charge current and it has larger capacity. Bro it's not a standard commute vehicle A, it may be a lifeline in the future with supply chain breakdowns. AND you can use it to charge and power your devices without worrying it will run down. We are talking about 2x the capacity of standard batteries first of all and a more dependable technology that may last the lifetime of the car. Hey I want to sleep well at night that my car battery won't fail me at some random moment and walmart got closed because of loo ting and hyperinflation and you can't get a replacement. What are you going to do then? Commuter car implies you use it to get to work? Getting stuck without a working car is an expense in itself. I say this is an electrical upgrade and a game changer that will allow me to also charge solar generators and additional batteries from within the car. Also no more oxidation on the terminals that the old battery causes. It's a drop in replacement, there are no requirements, it just works in your car battery compartment. It probably charges faster too, at least at 70 amps I would say.

And Will, STOP RECOMMENDING CHEAP BATTERIES ... Why haven't you ever recommended the Eco-Worthy 150Ah, always stupid Chinese batteries made of plastics instead of in a nice metal case. And your aversion to 12v is silly because of the Cables!

That is like 10 Walmart replacement batteries. You would need to replace your battery every 9 month for this battery to be cheaper... Not to mention that the Walmart battery has a 3 year warrantee. So there is no way it is cheaper.. But the Lifepo4 battery would probably have a longer run time if your alternator died...

@ZME-kk9bs Dude they ain't Lifepo4, why are you such a parrot, send a LINK here for others to see, they are standard batteries like GEL or LED ACID. Read the description. Also capacity ain't the same. It's like calling a 20 year old model the same as a 70 year old grandma the same in looks, yes both are women but drastically different.

Thanks for sharing that, it's up to us to help others regarding our experience. I do love my UM790 Pro. Different architecture, Ryzen, I believe it is a home run.

Because the battery has a BMS that would shut off if more than 150 amps are drawn. And if you read the manual to the 4000 watt inverter I have, it says don't put a fuse between it and the battery because there are already fuses inside the inverter, it comes with a pack of 40 amp fuses and on the AC side it has a circuit breaker thing like on a power strip. You can't connect a 12v to a delta max because of TOO low an input voltage. You likely need to buy a 48v version of a battery, a server rack one, those already come with a 100 amp fuse and are the safer ones you should use. You can also put 4 of these in series to make the 48v however it gets too janky too quick. How much was the delta pro max?

I got random reboots when I tried powering this PC over USB C connection. It just doesn't work with it. Also when I gave it 20v rather than 19v that the original power brick gave I experienced reboots. When I got the voltage correct exactly like on original power brick everything started working for me fine.

Based on what I read you can charge 100ah at 50amps no problem and 150ah ones can do 70-100 with no issues. So you can just parallel several 100ah together to get a 100 amp charging limit which is about 1200 watts.

It will be fine because it is 18-30 volt input, so as long as you don't go higher than that voltage, even 50 amps theoretical output won't matter. Amps are like the amount of water that can come in, and voltage is kind of like the speed the water flows in. The pipe is only a certain size so it can only do 8 amps, so even if you had infinite "water" electricity it won't be able to take in more than it can. So maximum from 200 watt panel you would get is theoretically 19 volts x 8 amps = 152 watts. If you had higher voltage let's say 30 volts at 8 amps you would get 240 watt's max.

Good point, however any larger than 100w unfolded or unfoldable get too big to handle often times. . I have various panels and these can find a use somewhere. Perhaps will build a solar privacy fence at some point.

From my experience;), every solar panel Ive bought (which is over a hundred in pretty much all formats) make *at least* their full rated wattage @ 20C in full sun. The positioning of this panel wasnt perfect and as you state there will be losses from the mppt controller and cables. Ill bet that if this panel was orientated properly and you tested via multimeter you would get 80 watts plus. Not great, not bad.

Hey man tried to find an RTX 4000 and it's a 1500 dollar card, but on top of it, you need to find a single slot version because that thing is dual slot. And you would need an external power supply for it, it sounds like, so you might as well get an ITX board and build a small PC. ADDRESS THE ISSUE FRIEND. It sounds like a helicopter, the stupid Intel chip runs way too hot and forces the fans to run all the time. If you can't keep it on the desk next to you and lock it in the closet, it defeats the purpose of this PC. I am glad you found use for it, however there is no misinformation, it is you misinforming people about serve the home forums, especially not providing a link for others!
