Meh. I’m monetized (little under 2k subs) but stopped posting a few months back. Lost the passion/spark for travel vlogging. It became a chore for me and never felt like I was living the moment - especially when your income is tied to it. You really only live every experience once - and last thing I wanted to do is have a camera in the way. I Always also had to look for content, entertain the camera, find clickbaity thumbnails/titles, etc I got a remote job and now post whenever I want, about whatever I want, in any way I want. If you’re coming from the UK/US (I’m American), YT adsense revenue will almost never match the income you could make if you find a decent remote job paying dollars/pounds - especially if you have a professional, white-collar job (unless of course you end up with millions of views). I’m actually going in the opposite direction as you - looking to post my travels more on IG shorts/reels so I can still show the unexplored parts of the world, get a strong reach, and build a small, nice community around my work …all without having to make videos on youtube that take much longer to make.

Ville Nouvelle in Fes has a totally different vibe than the medina side. Its much more modern but still keeps that moroccan flair. Stayed there for a month and it was my favorite part of all of Morocco!

I don’t normally comment on videos, but this was a really good one - truly going off the beaten path to show whats beyond the tourust trail. Me and my friend went to Tiznit last year and it felt like an undiscovered place.

Been following you for a while - You ever think about getting a full timd remote job and doing content creation at the same time? Get to make a full-time salary, travel the world, and get to film content still (this is what I did)…going FT content creator mode is tough when you dont have that stability

I watched your video all the way through, and found it interesting. I too started a UA-cam channel (over 2 years ago) and I know how much patience people need with growing a channel. I'm still under 1000 subscribers and often feel like giving up, but I'm keeping at it and hopefully will get there one day! I too have the DJI Osmo Pocket (I bought the original one when the second version came out and got it cheaper!), so your video is perfectly good for what you're doing, and the sound is great. I found your channel as it was on my "suggestions" list, and will start watching some of your other videos too. I wish I had your confidence with speaking into the camera!
