After looking on the internet for others who built it seems as if my problem was with the upper most sled gear and the slider. I needed to file down the slider teeth on opposite ends to allow for the top most gear to clear and start moving the sled in the opposite direction. Hope this helps someone else!!
I built and assembled the rewinder per the video the problem I'm having is the sled keeps clicking and not moving its like the gear underneath is stuck and if it does it too many time it starts to throw out the 128mm axle. Any suggestions ?

@adventuresofthunder1036 No I cannot send you the files the under copyright. But you can buy them at cults3d.com search for Scalybark But I change the most parts for my model. The files are not really for RC ..
Wish I'd found this video before I had printed the original. The bearings kept falling out and the handle broke so I had to spin it by hand which kind of defeated the purpose.

another mistake at 1:57 +, the middle gear is shown in reverse with the tooth profile pointing up thus it will not mesh with the upper and lower gears that are shown in their correct orientation.

Zum Beispiel zum Umspulen auf einer anderen Rolle❓ Es gibt auch Papprollen, was ja an sich nicht schlecht ist, aber die verziehen sich eher und wenn man noch eine Rolle aus Plastik über hat, kann man das Filament auf die Plastikspule relativ gleichmäßig wickeln 😇
Hi ! Erstmal grandioses Projekt. Hab nur ein Problem. Ich kriege nicht den Worn Gear über die Axle. Hab es jetzt zig mal gedruckt. Drucker gewechselt etc. Hast Du eine zündende Idee was ich tun kann ? Den Worn Gear etwas höher skalieren ? Lieben Gruss und Danke !!

@00:21 How should the hexagonal axle fit through that bearing with the little "key" notch on top through the bearing? On my print the Axles are so tight that there is no way the key notch would fit through
simple, don't put the bearing in the housing to the left of the sled, assemble the rest of the axel then press the left most bearing in last.
Awesome expansion of an amazing base design. I am glad I built the original build, so that I can appreciate the many updates.

It's self designed and 3d printed. So absolutely unique
@@Diplomator76would you be able to provide the 3D files and basic hardware parts list. The biggest problem my face when printing these is that, no one can accommodate my 4S 11,000 milliamp hour battery. And the battery tray is not editable in the 3d file "I use fusion 360 and a beginner" As I usually take these on my trail walks and I don't like carrying lots of batteries. Would you accept donation via PayPal or similar.

Hallo Timo, Tolles Teil! Zwei Fragen hätte ich aber: 1. Ist der hin und her Schubser auf die Filamentgrösse abgestimmt, also macht er pro Umdrehung der Spule eine bestimmte Distanz? (zb 1.8mm oder 2.9?) 2. Wenn ja, auf was ist er Optimiert? 3. Wenn nein, Dürfte ich das Ding so verändern, dass es darauf optimiert ist? 4. hattest du mal Probleme mit chaotisch umgewickeltem Filament?
Moin, das ist auf 1,75 abgestimmt, ob 2,9 geht weiß ich nicht. Klar kannst du es verändern wenn du es anders benötigst . Bisher hatte ich nie Probleme mit super oder chaotisch gewickelten filament.. es rollt einfach ab.. Ich glaub da wird zuviel reininterpretiert. Die meisten Probleme kommen von nicht befestigten filamentende auf der Rolle beim wechseln der filamente.
@@Diplomator76 ja deshalb finde ich das ams von bambulab auch so gut - "nie wieder" Filamentsalat... oder zumindest so gut wie keiner. Aber echt toller Roller, den werde ich mir nachbauen. Sieht kompliziert aus aber mega Teil!

There is an error at 0:21. It is not possible to slide the long rod with notch through the bearing without destroying the notch.
Yes it's true you have to put the Bearings on the axle and put it then together
How should the fitting feel like? I am having trouble getting the worm gear to right position, even when using a hammer.@@Diplomator76
@@Michael748159263 all Parts fit easy if you printer is good calibrated, if it doesn't fit, maybe your prints are not good
Ah I see, I will retry the parts with another printer. It really sucks that bambulab x1c does its own flow calculations, so I don't know how to improve the tolerance on that machine myself at the moment.@@Diplomator76

you need to install a filament sensor in the circuit to the engine and when the donor coil is empty, the installation will turn off.
Any idea how to realize it ?
@@AdamXG92 The filament detector is in the form of a microswitch, you break the power from the motor and install this detector in the circuit, when the filament is installed it will press the switch and the circuit will be assembled, and when the filament runs out the circuit will break and the installation will stop.

Wild Man i deinstalled the Servos, because the burned after 10 minutes. I change they 2times very Time the same shit.. they a not good! I have now the Triton Servos they work since 2 years
