Joseph’s Dream | The Savior’s Name Revealed
Amen! Jesus has the power over ALL supernatural forces that rage against man...we only need to ask for His help through prayer. As we commit ourselves to live as citizens of His kingdom, we can be confident of His protection. "And if thou be not in the kingdom of Christ, it is certain that thou belongest to the kingdom Satan, which is this evil world." ---Martin Luther
Your words are such a beautiful reminder of the unmatched authority of Jesus and the confidence we can have as citizens of His kingdom. Prayer truly is our lifeline to His power and protection, and your quote from Martin Luther is both humbling and powerful-it really puts into perspective the importance of where our allegiance lies. Thank you, as always, for sharing such meaningful insights. Your faith and encouragement always brighten this space. God bless you, and let’s continue to stand firm in His kingdom together! 🙏
Live by faith not by sight
You shouldn’t have any images or pictures of God one of the Ten Commandments
Hi Russell, thank you for sharing your thoughts! I truly appreciate your concern for honoring God's commandments. The second commandment is a powerful reminder to avoid idolatry and to worship God as He truly is, without reducing Him to anything created by human hands. In our videos, any visuals we use are intended purely as artistic representations to help convey the message of scripture. They're never meant to depict God Himself or take His place in worship. Our focus is always on His Word and pointing people to Him. I completely understand your perspective, and I value the heart behind your comment. Thank you for bringing this up, and I hope you’ll continue to share your insights as we explore God’s Word together. Blessings to you! Jo
We think that we can fight our own battles...but we can't. We must put all our faith and trust into our Lord God. When you are not walking with God and staying in His Word, we loose our way and life...well, it can become a bit of a storm. Putting on the Armor of God is staying anchored in His Word, living a Christ-like life, serving others with a full heart, making time for God so that you can pray/speak to Him. Life is always better when you have God fighting your battles.
Oh Maria, I’m so glad to hear from you! I was just writing you an email to check in-it’s wonderful to see you here in the comments today. You’re absolutely right: we can’t fight our own battles, no matter how strong we think we are. Only God can give us the strength to weather life’s storms. Your words about staying anchored in His Word and living a Christ-like life are such a beautiful reminder. Putting on the Armor of God is a daily commitment, and when we let Him fight for us, everything changes. Thank you for always sharing your wisdom and encouragement. You’re such a blessing, and I’m so grateful for you. Stay strong in Him, Maria, and let’s keep putting on that armor together. With love and prayers, Jo
Thank you JESUS, You're coming back soon! I'm ready, can't wait 2 see You face 2 face! HALLELUJAH! Thanks 4 this scripture & video. GOD bless you.
@IrmaQP-zk1ni, Amen! What a glorious day that will be-to see our Savior face to face! Your faith and joy are inspiring. Thank you for your kind words, and may God bless you abundantly as we eagerly await His return. Hallelujah indeed!
the beast ain't that bad , eye sau
The Final Battle in Armageddon. I don't understand....God loves us so much that He sent His son to save us....to offer us salvation through forgiveness of our sins! We just need to repent and come to Jesus! Ask for forgiveness of your sins...truly repent!! You can't fake it - God knows what is truly in your heart, so don't try lying. I think I got off track....Okay, We have an opportunity while there is still breath in our lungs to repent, to ask for forgiveness, to accept Christ as our Savior & to live a Christ-like life until you are called home. That is what "make ready" means! Every day that offer/opportunity stands and every day people walk away from the offer of SALVATION!!!!! The end will come, no one knows when. Heaven or Hell? Why are you taking such risk and saying,"Oh well....maybe tomorrow."
@Running_with_Faith, your words are so powerful and full of truth. God has extended such an incredible gift to us through His Son-salvation, freely offered to everyone who will accept it. And yet, every day, so many walk away from it or put it off, as though there will always be more time. But none of us know how much time we have left. For those who might be reading this and still hesitating, please hear this: Jesus offers peace, freedom, and eternal life like nothing this world ever can. But that gift requires surrender, repentance, and a true turning of the heart. For those of us who already know this truth, your boldness here is such an encouragement. Sometimes I feel like we need to speak even more directly and urgently because the stakes couldn’t be higher. Knowing God is in control gives us peace and security, even in this broken world, and that’s what we want for everyone. Thank you for sharing this-you’re inspiring me to be bolder in sharing God’s truth!
The visions obviously worry me because some have already been fulfilled while others are still to come. The nations being governed by one authority...that is scary!
M, your thoughts are so insightful, and I can understand how these visions might feel overwhelming at times. While some aspects of prophecy seem to have unfolded, others remain part of God’s divine plan, which He alone fully understands. It’s important to remember that these revelations are not given to frighten us but to remind us to stay vigilant and firmly rooted in our faith. The idea of nations being governed by one authority can feel unsettling, but we take comfort in knowing that God is in control of everything, even the things we don’t fully understand. He calls us to trust Him, knowing that His plans are always for the ultimate good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Whenever fear creeps in, lean into His promises-He is our refuge and strength in all circumstances. Thank you for sharing your heart-it’s a privilege to walk this journey of understanding together!
"I Am." That is just....powerful! He will always be here.
Praise Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!

Do Not Worry 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:25-34 Give it up all to God. All your worries, anxieties, dreams, hopes, pain, afflictions....whatever it is, give it up to God and trust and have faith that God will see you through it all. Blessings upon Blessings to all this New Year of 2025.
@Running_with_Faith Your words always carry such a beautiful, calming truth. Matthew 6:25-34 is one of the most comforting reminders of God’s care and provision, and your encouragement to give everything-our worries, hopes, and struggles-over to Him is exactly what so many of us need to hear. As we step into this new year, trusting in His perfect plan feels more important than ever. Thank you for sharing such wisdom and for always bringing such warmth and light to the channel. May God bless you abundantly in 2025 and always! 🙏

Just so you know Matteo, you are one of the best and greatest things God has ever blessed my life with. You showed me love I never knew. You, and your sister both did. I have so many wonderful amazing memories of you. Two of my favorites are, that time before I sold our truck and I let you sit in my lap as we hot rodded around that open lot while you steered. That was so fun, and you were in heaven. The second is when I saw you at Grandma's. When Nana's Mommy passed, and you gave me a hug and squeezed super hard twice. You touched my soul so deeply, and I knew you loved me too. Lol... After you guy's left I sat in a chair and balled my eyes out. Thank you Tay, and I love you and your sister with ALL my heart. Thank you God for those beautiful Grandchildren. Please put a hedge of protection around them, and keep them safe. Go to them Jesus and let them know you. I pray in your name, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Your words touch my heart, Eric. I know how much Matteo and Aleyna mean to you-they mean everything to both of us. The memories you’ve shared are so precious, and I hold onto them too, more tightly than I can ever say. Watching you love our grandchildren with such an open and tender heart has always been one of the greatest blessings of my life. To our precious Matteo and Aleyna: if you ever see this, know that you are loved beyond measure. Mistakes are a part of life, and love should always rise above them. True love forgives, and that’s exactly what we have for you-endless love that forgives, understands, and waits patiently. We miss you every single day, and you’re in our hearts and prayers constantly. Matteo, your Poppy believes with all his heart that one day, when you’re able, you’ll come back to us. That hope keeps us going through the hardest days. Until then, we pray God’s protection over both of you, that He keeps you safe, fills your hearts with joy, and draws you closer to Him. We love you more than words can ever say, and we always will.
Wishing you and all your loved ones a Blessed Christmas day. May the love of Christ shine through all your doors, hallways and hearts. Merry Christmas.
The ending message was very touching and heartfelt. I can feel so much emotions. Sometimes life pulls us apart because of an argument (that now seems dumb), our views, our lifestyle, even our beliefs. Some will pull away and their hearts will become hardened. We must continue to have faith and trust in God almighty that we see our loved ones again. As a daughter, a sister, a mother and a grandmother....I hear so much heartache of longing in your voice. I will pray for your loved ones. Sending you a big tight hug Jo. We must have faith. One day....yes Lord, one day....
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Maria, your words touched me deeply. Thank you for your prayers, your kindness, and for truly hearing my heart. Faith is what allows me to keep going, to trust in God’s plan even when it doesn’t make sense. It helps carry the pain, but it doesn’t erase the longing. That longing never really goes away-it’s a reflection of the love and connection we were created to have. Your support means more than I can say, and your encouragement gives me hope. Thank you for standing with me in faith and prayer. One day...yes, one day, Lord willing. Sending you love and gratitude this Christmas season. H🤗G ❤️🙏
May God our Father be with you all. Praise Jesus our Savior, and Lord. May all your people rejoice in your birth, life, and resurrection. Thank you for your grace Jesus.
Blessed are those who believe in Jesus Christ of Nazareth. A Holy Savior comes to the world to bring salvation to us. Praise Jesus! To God be the glory.
Amen! God is amazing. I can't imagine the impact of being chosen by God to bring in the Messiah. Joseph and Mary I assume being well versed in the Old Testament. That would be so beyond scope. To be able to honor and glorify God in such a way. Of course, we all know Jesus was a good baby, and a joy to raise.
Beautiful.
Not much is known on Joseph other than his genealogy, his trade and being betrothed to Mary. We read about his dream and the message from the angel...but it was not his words. Perhaps he told this to Mary after his dream? Was it Mary's retelling to the disciples and they then wrote it down making sure it was documented? Nothing else is mentioned about Joseph but we know that he did not leave Mary's side and that he kept the Savior Child safe. I would have liked to hear more about Joseph, but I guess the story isn't about him but rather the Savior Child.
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 You bring up a great point, and I’ve often wondered some of the same things about Joseph. Scripture doesn’t give us much detail about his life, but what we do see speaks volumes about his character. He was obedient to God’s call (Matthew 1:24), faithful in protecting Mary and Jesus (Matthew 2:13-15), and quietly fulfilled his role in God’s plan without needing recognition. As for how Joseph’s dream and the angel’s message were recorded, it’s possible Mary shared these events with the disciples, as she likely would have remembered them vividly. Luke 2:19 tells us that Mary “treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart,” which suggests she was deeply reflective about these moments and might have shared them later. You’re right-the story ultimately centers on the Savior, but Joseph’s quiet faithfulness and obedience remind us that even those who seem to have a smaller role in God’s story are incredibly important. Thank you, as always, for sharing your thoughts-it’s such a blessing to reflect on these details together! 🙏✨
We do know this....Joseph heard the message from the Holy Spirit and he stood by Mary and the infant Jesus. He kept them both from danger and provided for them. I loved the image of all the angels watching down from the heavens on our blessed little family. God bless you Jo for your daily readings.
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Thank you so much, Maria! Your reflection on Joseph’s faith and the protection he provided is so beautiful. I’m so grateful for your thoughtful comments and constant encouragement-they mean more than you know. God bless you always! 🙏✨
Our beautiful yard, and our wonderful bird's. That is a look right out our bedroom window. If you sit in our yard, you will feel and see God all around you. For He blesses us here. I spend more time looking out that window then i do watching any tv. Thank you Jesus. Thank you for putting us here for now. Thank you for your inspirational creation. Thank you for my family, and for our fellowship here on this channel with our brother's and sister's.
The realization of just how wide spread and deep the devil's reach is.... Well, it brought me closer to Jesus. Open your eyes my brother's and sister's. Everything of the world is trying to pull you away from Jesus. It is a long steady eloquent process. Orchestrated by the best liar there is or ever will be. Truth! Truth is the only way, and Jesus is truth. He is the Way. Follow Him to your salvation. I'll tell ya the hidden in plain sight symbol that bothers me because I see it all the time. On everyhing. People buying it all day long... Monster. Monster energy drinks. With the three claw marks. The marks look like a demonic three nailed scratch. Mocking the Holy Trinity. Also it is said the that the M/scratches resemble three Hebrew 6's. The world will tell you that is just crazy conspiracy. Coincidence. I dont think so. I think we are bombarded with satanic things. Some hidden, some making light of, and some even trying to create a relationship with the dark one. For example again, this new Jack Black movie, dear santa (satan). Thy are trying to push a child friendly satan on our kids, and anyone else who watces the movie. We are talking about a evil that hates us so much it prizes the destruction of innocent children above all else. And look at the world today. Crimes against children are out of control. We are only now learning of some of these atrocities such as child trafficking, sexual abuse in the entertainment industry, school shootings, and use in rituals we wont began to speak of here. All this evil and craziness doesnt even seem outrageous to a lot of people because they hae been desensitized to evil, and pulled away from God. God who upholds righteousness, grace, and love. Just please keep your eyes open my brother's and sister's. And when you see something or someone evil. Boycott it. Boycott Jack Black for committing such crimes to our children. To God's children. God bless
Jesus is the Way. We are follower's of the Way. Blessed to be His children. The safest flock in all of existence because fo our Shepherd. Amen Jo! We can all afford to share our love with our brother's and sister's. Rather it's a bite to eat, a dollar, a smile, or a ear to hear a story. Remember to glorify our Lord and share the gospel of Jesus as you do. Tell them Jesus loves them. So He may say it through you. God bless
Remember to love your brother's and sister's. Love and grace come from God. Are of God. Jesus is love. So love everyone. If someone seems unlovable, pray for them out of love. Pray they find Jesus and feel His love. God bless
Society is becoming numb & conditioned to things that are not from Our Lord God. We are de-synthesized to seeing or hearing things that in the past would make us gasp, be embarrassed or upset. These days things are being said and done on TV shows, commercials, movies, songs, social media outlets & influencers, the educational system, the government, some doctors, and sadly even some men of the cloth. Christians are the ones that are being shamed, having their fingers shaken at them, threatened for their beliefs and for their Christian lifestyle. I as a Christian pray for those young people that are lost and confused. I don't shame their decisions or their lifestyle but I don't accept, applaud or lift them up either...I just treat them as a human & pray for them at home. With my family, my children and my friends....they all know very well where I stand, my beliefs and that I will not budge to ever please anyone because the only one that I want to please is my Lord God. Yes, some friends are not walking with Christ but again, they respect me and my beliefs as I've said,"Walk away, delete my # and forget all about me if you can't accept that I am a Christian and although I don't shame you....I won't dance for glee for you either. I will always be here as a friend and to pray for you if you ever need me...but I will never walk away from my beliefs and my God." We must stand firm!!!
Maria, your words are such a powerful reminder of what it means to stand firm in faith while navigating a world that increasingly rejects God’s truth. You’ve beautifully articulated the challenge many Christians face-how to remain unwavering in our beliefs while still showing love and praying for those who are lost. The Bible does indeed call us to be cautious about mingling too closely with non-believers. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, it says, "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" This reminds us to guard our hearts and ensure that our relationships don’t pull us away from God. At the same time, as followers of Christ, we are called to share the Gospel and be a light in the darkness. Matthew 28:19-20 commands us to "Go and make disciples of all nations," and Matthew 5:16 encourages us to let our light shine before others so that they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven. For me, this is such a learning process, and your comments help me grow as much as doing what I do every day. I strive to remain rooted in my faith and constantly turn to the Bible for answers, because only through studying His Word can we truly navigate these challenges and find the guidance we need. Your approach of standing firm, praying for others, and being unwavering in your commitment to God while still offering love and truth is inspiring. Thank you for your boldness and for always encouraging us to reflect deeply on how we live out our faith. 🙏✨
While we are here on earth we are to follow our Governmental laws while living a Christ-like life. Yes, love those that have moved into our country for a better life and you see them struggling and working hard. But we also must not be blind in seeing that many have come into this country (illegally) and are just up to no good. Many are former gang members, many are setting up shop with human-trafficking and drugs, others EXPECT handouts and a work-free life while others feed and care for all their needs and others love violence and are full of evil intentions. The government is here to put laws into place and ensure those laws are not broken and that they protect their citizens...just like God has laws into place and just like God protects His people/believers. When the government cannot do it's job, the people feel compelled to protect their families. their property and their land....and I don't blame them one bit. You want to enter the Kingdom of heaven? You must follow these steps, obey these laws, live a certain way. You want to enter this Nation? You must follow these steps (to process your documents, background check, have a documented family member to house you while you get on your feet (that contributes to the work force), make sure you are healthy both physically and mentally, and wait the necessary time while all these things are processed & investigated. Once here, you have a certain amount of time to get a job, get enrolled in school and start becoming a good member to society. They too must honor both the Nations rules and God's.
Maria, you’ve captured such an important perspective here. As Christians, we are absolutely called to follow both God’s laws and the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-2 reminds us to submit to governing authorities, as they are established by God). Breaking those laws-whether they’re God’s or our government’s-causes disorder and harm. The issue we see at the border is complex because it involves both people searching for a better life and those with harmful intentions. While we are called to show love and compassion (Leviticus 19:34 reminds us to love the foreigner as ourselves), it doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to lawlessness. Many people crossing the border are doing so illegally, breaking the rules and creating chaos, but what complicates it further is that they’re being encouraged by a government that seems unwilling to enforce its own laws. This creates a situation where citizens feel the need to protect their families and communities-and, like you, I don’t blame them. Just as God has set clear guidelines for entering His Kingdom (John 14:6 reminds us that Jesus is the only way), nations also have rules and processes to ensure safety and order. Those rules are there for a reason, and when they’re disregarded or not enforced, it leads to chaos and harm for everyone. Thank you, as always, for sharing your thoughtful insights. These are tough issues, but reflecting on them through the lens of Scripture helps us to keep our hearts aligned with God’s truth. 🙏✨
How wonderful!!! To be blessed to be near the water and to see so many beautiful birds!!! Praise the Lord!!!
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Thank you so much! We are absolute bird nuts over here-our yard is filled with more kinds of birds than I could count on all my fingers and toes! It’s such a blessing to watch them and be surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation every day. And yes, being near the water definitely makes it even more special. Praise the Lord indeed for His wonderful handiwork! 🐦✨
I am blown away when people don't believe. All signs point to God, and historically to Jesus. Jesus is even called, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I know the emotional trigger Jesus is to me. I can't read or speak on Him without crying or being very emotional. My whole being screams of the Lord Jesus my God. So as well as I know my name I know Jesus is God. It's not a thought, a consideration, but an instinct. A fact. It is part of me, as is my faith in Jesus. It is sad knowing all those who don't know or believe in Jesus. Especially my beloved Jewish brother's and sister's who do not believe Jesus is their Messiah. I love you. God's chosen people, but the pridefulness and arrogance. It is disturbing. For Jesus fulfilled the prophecies. Lived and died for our sake. Giving us salvation. God sacrificing for us. The implication is beyond scope. To then turn your back on Jesus is insanity. I pray every soul across the globe hears of Jesus, accepts Him as their Savior, and glorifies His name. To Jesus Christ be the glory. Wake up! Repent and follow Jesus. Take advantage of God's great grace. For judgement does come.
Acts 16 Tells of a slave girl who fortune tells for her owner. She makes him a lot of money. Paul, in his travels runs into this girl. They say this girl has "a spirit of divination". The slave girl follows Paul and his companions screaming, "these men are the bond-servants of the Most High God, who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation". After a bit, Paul, annoyed turns and says to the spirit, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!" And it came out at that very moment. After which the slave girl can no longer tell fortune's, and her owner, being very angry goes after Paul. Even more ironic, later some Jewish exorcists hear about this and try to use the name of Jesus to exorcise a spirit, and the spirit tells them, "I recognize Jesus, and I know about Paul, who are you?" So once again the Bible shows us what is happening. It is not loved ones from the other side delivering messages. And if you are the "psychic", you are putting yourself at great risk and harm. We are told not to mess with such things. You can say you are of God, and doing good, but God is not involved. Nor does He approve. Putting your life and faith in the one true God, Jesus Christ is what we are to do. This is how we live a healthy existence, and after life. Don't seek answers for your life, live it. Dedicate it to the One Who gave you life. The Way, our Lord Jesus. I love you Jesus of Nazarene. You are my Lord, Shepherd, Messiah, and Savior. King of all King's. My God. Blessed am I by You. May all the world give You glory! Take the gift God gives to you, and praise the Holy name of our Father, Jesus Christ.
I'm prosperous in the Lord Jesus Christ, and my beautiful family! <----Blessed!!!
Sadly, technology is ruling us. Technology isn't necessarily a bad thing when used correctly. Take technology in the field of medicine, or in our housing industry. Much good can come from technology however a lot of bad can come from it as well. We now allow technology to babysit and guide our babies, our children and our teens in life. We cannot do anything without some sort of device on us (ipad, iwatch, iphone, headphones). We eat with devices, we sleep with devices, we even go into church and use our devices. When the device is lost/misplaced/broken....our entire world falls apart. How can we function? How can we live? What are we to do? Wouldn't these questions all be great if we asked them about God? If we asked them about our Bible?
This is a hard one for many because we love our loved ones and we do not want to see them suffer. Many families have placed their loved ones in Hospice Care where they are slowly "released" with the help of morphine dosages. I can understand both sides of saying this is right or wrong due to the love/compassion we have, however we might ask ourselves..."Isn't going through the pain and suffering part of our life? " Jesus suffered greatly and was not sparred any part of the pain. I often wonder if us accepting our pain and suffering is part of "letting it all go and releasing everything" to God?
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 This is such a heartfelt and thought-provoking comment, and you’ve touched on something so deeply personal and challenging for so many of us. I experienced hospice care with my own mother, and I have to admit, I never thought about it the way you’ve put it here. Your words about suffering, love, and surrender to God really resonate. The Bible does teach us that suffering is part of life in a fallen world. Romans 5:3-5 reminds us that suffering produces perseverance, character, and hope. And of course, as you mentioned, Jesus Himself suffered greatly for us and was not spared any part of that pain. His example shows us the ultimate act of surrender-trusting the Father even through unimaginable agony. At the same time, Scripture calls us to show love and compassion (Galatians 6:2), to care for the sick (Matthew 25:36), and to be stewards of life. Hospice care can be an expression of that compassion, aiming to provide comfort and dignity in a person’s final days without intentionally hastening death. However, it’s also important to examine our motives and prayerfully discern whether our actions align with God’s will. Your question about whether accepting pain and suffering is part of releasing everything to God is so profound. Perhaps it is about surrender-trusting Him fully, even in the hardest moments, and knowing that He is with us through every trial (Psalm 23:4). This is such a difficult and deeply personal topic, and I think it requires humility, prayer, and discernment as we seek to honor God while showing love and compassion to those we care about. Thank you for bringing up such an important reflection-it challenges us to think deeply about what it means to trust God in all things. Praying for you and for everyone navigating these tough questions. 🙏❤️
We must love our brother's and sister's. We must share the Gospel, and the truth. Out of love. For there is only one way to salvation. Jesus is the way. We are all sinner's. We must rebuke that sin and be saved. Sins feel natural us. Different sins for different folks. We all have our taste's. Rebuke sin. If your sibling is a serial killer. If you love them, you tell them to stop, or help in the stopping of their killing. You dont say it's okay, because that's how they were born... We are all born of sin nature. Sins are sins. They are what keep us from God. The sin of homosexuality is no more worsebor different than any other sin. Sinner's just like to make excuses for themselves when it comes to accountability to God. That is the whole point. You must sacrifice your desires, and desire instead a relationship with Jesus. Let Him fill those holes. In time Jesus will heal you of those sinful desires, and you know and desire His love above all thing's. Let the devil have those things. Please remember we are not here to judge, but to liberate our brother's and sister's from the bondage of sin, and into the salvation of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Praise Jesus! Amen? That is the Gospel.
Money is a tool used to control. The devil loves money, because people idolize money and those who have it. This does not glorify our Lord Jesus. Like many tool's, you can also use it for good. Use your wealth ( or your pennies ) to help your brother's and sister's. I bet you don't see money in Heaven, or the new world God creates for us.
First as always is God. Master the Word first, learn to walk with our Lord Jesus, and He will use you in your pursuits. To God be the glory. For His will be done. Personally, I believe this beautiful world God has created and put beneath our feet is under pursued, and under appreciated. Most of our oceans unexplored. We know virtually nothing about our history. Besides what the Bible tells us. The whole idea of, " well, we've used up this planet, and now we've got to go colonize somewhere else"... That feels very satanic to me. It gives God no glory, and that's not good. God is the creator of all things. All creation. All miracles. Beyond scope of comprehension. God has created. Exploration is fine. If God wanted to limit our exploration, He would. I believe in God's eyes, a pursuit of Jesus is most rewarded of all pursuits. That is, a pursuit of bettering one's self and his or her relationship with Jesus. Let's not forget also. Revelation is coming. A great destruction, and then a rebuilding. This is why, to God be the glory. Amen?
I think to clone life to experience on, to harvest organs or two grow an army...is completely wrong and sinful. To help a man & woman who are married conceive after struggling for many years is not wrong. Sometimes, not even with IVF can a couple conceive so that is not always a guarantee. Is IVF sinful? Depending on who is getting IVF in my opinion.
Hi M, Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. That’s such a good question, and I think many people wrestle with these kinds of ethical and spiritual dilemmas, especially when it comes to the advancements in science and medicine. From a biblical perspective, creating life is a gift and a privilege that belongs to God alone. Psalm 139:13-14 reminds us that God forms each of us in the womb and that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. So, any process that attempts to “play God” for selfish or harmful purposes-like cloning for harvesting organs or creating armies-clearly falls outside of His design and intention. When it comes to something like IVF, the question becomes a bit more nuanced. While it’s not explicitly mentioned in Scripture, what we do know is that God values life at every stage, and He designed the family as the foundation of society. If IVF is being used within the context of a married couple seeking to bring life into the world and honor God’s design for family, it may not necessarily be sinful. However, if it’s done for selfish reasons, outside of His design, or involves practices that disregard the sanctity of life (like the destruction of embryos), it becomes more problematic. Ultimately, as with so many things, I believe it comes down to discernment, prayer, and a heart aligned with God’s will. Thank you for always bringing up such thought-provoking questions-they truly help us reflect on what it means to honor God in every aspect of life.
There is a reason why God put that barrier up ~ We can't take care of our own earth, can you imagine the harm we would do out in the universe?
It is written that these things are detestable to God. We have read how those that used these practices were dealt with in the bible. We know that it is wrong. We know that it offends God but how many really care about this? They continue in their evil ways by using tarot cards, practicing witchcraft, using the quija board, casting stones to read the future...these and more are all wrong. Trusting in God and God alone is the only way. Everything else will only lead to hell.
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 You’re absolutely right-Scripture is so clear that these practices are detestable to God, and they lead people down a dangerous path. I think a lot of people turn to things like tarot cards, witchcraft, or mediums out of fear or desperation, trying to gain some kind of control or clarity in their lives. But the truth is, those things only bring more confusion and darkness. If they would just come to God and surrender it all to Him, they’d find the peace and clarity they’re really searching for. Trusting in God and God alone removes that fear because we can rest in His love, His power, and His perfect plan for our lives. Like you said, everything else leads nowhere but destruction. Thank you for always sharing such thoughtful and strong reflections. You remind us all of the importance of staying rooted in God’s truth. 🙏✨
Wealth can be a curse if you do not give from the goodness of your heart. The Lord will continue to bless you when you give. I will say that sometimes the devil will work with you giving you all you want making sure you stay greedy, snarky and don't remember God. Generosity without complaining will be a blessing when you leave this world.
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Your words are so true-wealth can easily become a curse when it’s not used with the right heart. My family and I live at or below the poverty level, and while I wouldn’t mind having a little more freedom with our finances, I’ve often thought that having more than we need would feel like a burden rather than a blessing. From what I’ve seen in life, the more money people have, the more stress, selfishness, and greed tend to follow. On the other hand, when you don’t have much, you learn to appreciate the small things-and you find so much joy in giving, even in small ways. My husband and I love helping others however we can, and honestly, there’s no better feeling in the world than knowing you’ve made someone else’s burden a little lighter. I wish everyone could experience the joy that comes from giving with a thankful heart-it’s truly a blessing. I completely agree with you that generosity, when done with a cheerful spirit, is what God calls us to (2 Corinthians 9:7). And it’s such a powerful reminder to keep our focus on Him, not on what we have or don’t have. Thank you, as always, for your thoughtful and inspiring words. They truly make me reflect and give thanks for the things that matter most. 🙏❤️
Not a good idea. They are not consulting with your loved ones.
Jesus Himself said if you don't have a sword, then sell your cloak and buy one. HE was not against self defense!
@sandrafreeman515 🌿 Thank you for your comment! I completely agree with you-Jesus’ words in Luke 22:36 about buying a sword clearly indicate that He wasn’t against self-defense. As a gun owner myself, I believe we have the right to protect ourselves and those we love. The Bible consistently shows us the importance of wisdom and discernment, especially in a fallen world where evil exists. While we are called to live peaceably whenever possible (Romans 12:18), self-defense is not contrary to Scripture when it’s done to protect life and not out of aggression or vengeance. The realization of all evil's hidden influences is mind numbing. It took me most my life to understand that. But now with Jesus in my heart, and the Bible in my mind. Daily. I can see the far reach of distraction of God, and push to sin. The Word of God is the Armor of God, and it shields us from evil's reach. I think the biggest danger of a lot of things, certainly drugs and alcohol is that they pull you away from God. They seperate us from Him. They are relationship blocker's. Interfering with your relationship with Jesus. Even though He's still right there with you. This is dangerous because none of us know our time. That's why you must seek and build your relationship with Jesus now. There literally is no other way. God bless you all my brother's and sister's!
To God be the glory! For Jesus, our Lord and Savior is the Way.
AI will never glorify God because it is man made. AI can be manipulated by man therefore the information it gives can be false. God and God alone is our creator. Yes, machines and robots and AI can be developed by humans as God has blessed us with intelligence...however this can be used to harm and promote evil. Trust in God above all things.
Amen!
A stick with a sharp edge can be a weapon. A rock can be a weapon. A fork can be a weapon. A weapon of any kind can be used to defend or to injure someone. It isn't what is in your hand....it's what is in your heart.
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Thank you for sharing your thoughts-this is such an important and sensitive topic, and I completely understand feeling torn. It’s one of those issues that requires deep prayer and discernment, and I appreciate how you always come back to the Word of God for guidance. For me, it’s not about what I have personally, but more about the reality of what others may have. While I’d love to imagine a world where conflicts could be resolved with nothing more than words-or, at worst, a rock or spear-we live in a time where others have far more powerful means at their disposal. Protecting ourselves and those we love isn’t about seeking violence, but rather about acknowledging the dangers that exist and being prepared in a way that aligns with wisdom and responsibility. I truly believe this is an area where prayer is crucial, as you said, because it’s not an easy conversation. Each of us has to approach it humbly and seek what God would have us do in our own unique circumstances. Thank you, as always, for inspiring thoughtful discussions and reflections. 🙏✨
Ahhhh...Commitment! That is what can separate us from God. We can start off good & strong with good intentions but like our New Years Resolutions....they can quickly fizzle out. We will make excuses, start skipping a day here and there and eventually we just let that commitment fall to the wayside....until we need Him again. Without a daily commitment we cannot live in obedience to God. Commit to devoting time for Him and Him alone without distractions. Sit quietly and talk to Father God. Sit & Read a passage from the Scriptures daily! Reflect on them and pray on them. We spend more time on Netflix or scrolling on social media than we do on prayer, reading the bible and even talking to God our Father. Is our name written in the Book of Life? I will answer the question with a question...."How is your commitment to the Lord going?"
@Running_with_Faith 🌿 Your first couple of sentences describe how I lived the majority of my life-starting off strong but letting my commitment fade, only turning back to God when I needed Him. It took years of wisdom, life lessons, and experience to finally understand how important a daily, unwavering commitment to Him truly is. No church or person taught me this-it was through life itself that I came to see that your words in the rest of this comment are exactly how we’re called to live. Quiet time with God, reading His Word, reflecting, and praying-it’s these daily practices that deepen our relationship with Him and keep us grounded in His truth. That’s what this channel is born of and focused on: encouraging a daily connection with God through His Word and living a life centered on Him. Your words are so inspiring, and they’re a wonderful reminder to us all to take inventory of where our commitment stands. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful reflections, as always! 🙏✨
Congratulations! God bless you and yours.
