Do you have a chart that shows all the style face plates that can be used in order to change the look of an existing Temptrol shower valve? It seems you have to drill into collections and other areas to find faceplates and finishes available for anyone wanting to change the look of their shower valve which is a fantastic option for existing customers.

What is the Temptrol model that uses the older diverter carriages? What is the temptrol model that uses the versaflex diverter carriages?

Why does the lady in the video say twist the dome cover counter clockwise until it’s secure. Isn’t it twist clockwise as shown in the video?

Great! I am an ignoramus when it comes to this stuff. I just needed to replace the pop-up rod in a 50-yrold bathroom sink. This video showed me what the parts were and how to do it. Turned out to be a 10-minute job (after I cleared all the stuff out from under the sink). It works! Thank you.

The instructions that came with the Kingston fixtures I bought are terrible. Having never installed one of these before, I wanted to be sure everything was done properly. Thankfully the pop-up is virtually identical to this one. Video saved the day. Thank you!

When screwing in the spindle and cap assembly, does the spindle need to be in a certain position before threading? Fully seated, open or close? Stem all the way to the right before final tightening? Thanks for the video!

I have the same unit I need to put on. My only concern is that you don't need to tighten the tailpiece with a tool? If you only hand tighten it will water leak out? Water is powerful.

Is this replacement enough if the current diverter is leaking?

The bevel looks flat and not tapered. Will this cause issues with the water pooling around the edge?

Ok I know exactly what I have to do, but unfortunately my pop-up assembly is pointed to the rear of the cabinet it is under the vanity. There isn't enough room to get in there and get a nice easy view like you have. Getting a bit maddening. Tried it with a hand mirror and flashlight but still really doesn't work!

This was the first time in my life (78 years) that I realized a nylon washer was to go inside the pipe as well as on the outside which explains why it leaked every time in the past unless I used a lot of plumbers tape. I put it on as you said and it worked perfectly the first time. I thank you for that and God that I had the sense to watch you video first.
