When you switched from the rubber balls to the steel balls, did you use the same c02 cartridge you fired the rubber balls through, or did you use a fresh cartridge for the steel ball shots? Just purchased one of these with the aluminum balls and at 20 feet they go clean through 1/4 inch drywall.

Are you using aluminum balls? Because I know it will stopped them. No one is going to chase you if you shot them in stomach or groin more than 3 times.

I have no problem with the mag release but I’m left handed and I use middle finger to push it. Lol also it’s not the sights it’s the back of marker it makes you feel like you need to tilt your hand once you realize that then you shoot straighter.

By weight difference between them rounds at a standardized psi release in the first 8 shots of a CO2 cartridge, you are gaining and losing fps by the bucket. Save yourself the headache this gun if anything goes wrong they have zero replacement parts. I was sent a defective gun that doesn’t work because there is a brass air hose that is working, over a month now and I can’t find anyone who sells this little brass air hoes. you need to buy a whole new gun if anything on this gun stops working. Also I’ve been waiting for a reply for almost a month now from umarex which voids my warranty period which screws me over cause now I have a broken gun that they won’t fix. They said it was stated in my users Manuel which never came with the gun. For anyone looking to purchase this gun. Please save yourself the nightmare. Look for something you can repair if any of the cheap parts break. Business should be able to take advantage of the people who keep them in business.

If u want delete the problems on the hp68s u have to put a stronger sear spring inside the regulator and change the stock bolt spring with the vks bolt spring. In past in my fsc on high Power what means 30j+ in one mag hp68s got 2 Jams ...it was pain in the ass cuz relayablity is a must in self defense Situation...literally the Problem is the sear cant catch your bolt correctly on that powerlevel and i recommend use 3d printed barreldetends in your lapco5 " Since i was add the 2 springs with more tension (vks sear spring) (vks bolt spring) and switch to a printed detend solution i never got any problems anymore with the hp68s. i do highly recommend to do this man or switch to julv2 rounds.. u will loose a few fps in your rifeld lapco barrel with them but u add relayablity. The best Thing it even not cost 15 Dollar to fix it. 😉 And in my personal opinion 12g for 6 shots is okeish but 8 shot mags better Stick with a 16g co2 magazin or even a 20g one at high Power settings. 12 g co2 per 6 shots it is like ~ 2g of co2 eatch shot at high power . If u use 16 g co2 u left 4 g for the 2 shots more. Take care and good Times ✌️
