@S.V. Tech Have seen description for that iso? IT is suitable ONLY for PowerEdge series/ Dell servers, so u can't use it with any pc/laptop...
Only issue I am seeing is on newer Dell units that no longer have a Legacy Bios compatibility option. I can say this will come in handy on alot of the Legacy machines I deal with on the side - also Dell's PE tool can be handy if you can get your hands on it as well (Similar to the Gandalf PE tool - just with Dell specific tools in it).

Cannot change Serivce tag. Please ensure the tag is in a correct format, and the setup password is disabled I checked and the password is disabled. Is there a certain format that the service tag has to be? My laptop is dell 9570, i can change the asset tag but the serivce tag is error Help me!!!

I have an Optiplex 5060SFF and the Service Tag will not change. It gives an error saying the BIOS is passworded (it is not) or cannot change the tag.

Hi. I needed a 1150 socket motherboard and got this Dell precision T1700 motherboard. I don't have a Dell. When I boot it it shows me the AMT menu and asks for the service tag. I don't have any on that. Not sure what to do here. Can I leave it blank? I already got the temp sensor, power cable and fans sorted out. Not sure what to do. I really don't care about dell stuff. I just needed a motherboard.

Hi thanks for the video, but legacy boot mode isnt showing in my bios, i tried to enable it in advanced boot options in the bios but that one is also missing in the bios setup
Update, the 50 dell pc’s we just ordered dont even have the legacy boot options

This didn't work on my Inspiron. The Service Tag got changed and now I have no way to fix it and I believe it is causing an issue with Bitlocker. Any other suggestions?

for my optiplex 9020m doesn't work. Says that either the info is incorrect or that the system password is set. The password isn't set, as I can change the other settings (and the bios screen says disabled for all passwords.) s.v. tech help me > before i dowmload and use Dell Support Live Image Version 3.0 i check Find the best download for your system in dell website , they tell : This driver is not compatible This driver is not applicable for OptiPlex 7080 with Windows 10, 64-bit. Choose another product to re-enter your product details for this driver or visit the Product Support page to view all drivers for a different product. ___ so if i am use image to change service tag is it make damage for my bios duo to not compatible or it will not work ... can you help if it work on my system without problems

Sorry for late response, it should work from 12 Gen to 14 Gen but try it cause I don't have anymore DELL products...

@@SVTech-kh2ow not for windows install, the new laptops have uefi only, and i want to remove the service tag. you cannot boot into dos with the live image.
