    Sumantra Ghoshal (Indian Scholar & Professor) warned that “Dominance as a management (and communication) style is not good in any circumstances. It is based on short-term rewards and results. The fact is that most excessively dominant people are usually bullies. Bullies are deep-down very insecure people. A very different philosophy of management is arising and asshole management is not inevitable.“

    Hi Joel I like what you have said - I think the thoughts and emotional needs are driven by our internal values - you mentioned one in the clip Acceptance. Acceptance of self ( rather hard to do, wanting acceptance from others which is usually set too high and acceptance of others, which is our gift to them.
