Create: Alloyed Guns - Minecraft Mod Overview - Forge 1.18.2
To be honest, this video was just an excuse to do something "productive" with my now 25 hours of consciousness.
You can find all the mods listed here on the Curseforge website. I looked for versions of each of the mods that were published slightly before Create: Alloyed Guns was released to ensure version compatibility.

My only issue is that you have to find gun kits, the whole point of create is to automate things, but overall pretty cool mod
If you ever update this mod, please add a pump-action shotgun as a upgrade to the double barrel shotgun.

no bolt action or lever action? why do some guns have magazines but you still reload them like shotguns?
Due to this mod being based off of the Mr. Crayfish Gun Mod, the reload animations are all the same and the gun types are limited to the original selection.

Are you do creator of this mod? if so whyd you remove the 1.18.2 version
This is really cool but the only issue is that the workbench renders getting gun kits the flint lock and musket useless as it is just cheaper to get other guns using 20 iron also kind of sad how you need the workbench to even make attachments
I have a world ready to demonstrate how to use Crafttweaker to fix these issues, but I've been procrastinating on making it...

The only bad part about the mod is locking non-crude gun kits to pillager outposts and mansions. You can easily make each tier feel special by just using the classic "use a number of the previous tier plus a new material to make the next tier" method of progression.

Honestly, that would be REALLY cool, but I can never organize something like that because I never have enough people. 1700's warfare in Minecraft would be so cool.
I'm sure it's a bit too late to ask, and most likely, I'll be ignored. But I don't see any 1.18.2 version of this mod, only 1.19.2 one. Is there any chance to port on 1.18.2?
This mod was updated to 1.19.2 shortly after I uploaded this video. The mod developer deleted the original version, unfortunately.

The automatic rifle reminds me of a sten gun from WWII
darn shame there seem to be no shotgun slugs Shotguns are OP as fuck but most games nerf them into the ground by shortening their range to a 10th or just doing away with slugs entirely no I am not a gun expert just an idiot who really likes TheRussianBadger and Insurgency Sandstorm
It'd be cool if a mod/game added shotguns where you could choose between slugs, buckshot, birdshot, and maybe incendiary, but I think that'd be pretty difficult to code. I believe Valorant has a gun that lets you choose between buckshot and slugs, but that's the only instance I've seen of it.
Definitely play the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. They've got some of the most realistic depictions of guns I can think of. The shotguns in particular can use various shells, flechettes, slugs, etc. You can even add rifling, for better accuracy at the cost of only using slugs. Gun damage is overall more realistic than other games, even the weakest pistol is lethal if you're shot in the head.
I couldn't see the 1.18.2 version of the mod on the curse site.

Loved the mod showcase. Do you think its possible to create a datapack integrating this mod with Scorched Guns? A scorched guns ahowcase would be nice too.
I'm sure it could be done, but I wouldn't use a datapack. I'd use Crafttweaker with scripts to modify the recipes.

The auto rifle is actually an SMG which looks to be based on the Sten, a British WW2 SMG made as a cheaper alternative to Thompsons.
I can only find a 1.19 download for the mod on Curseforge. Where did you get the 1.18 download?

@@PedroHenrique-fj7zr the only way you could get it is from someone who already downloaded it and kept the file. However, I'm not sure of the legality of this and if it's considered unlawful distribution.
Makes no sense why you can't automate creation of firearms. Create is an automation mod, you're supposed to be able to "automate" stuff. And to the people saying that it "adds to the theme that it's really hard to make". It's literally basic firearms, they are not that complicated.
The goal of this mod was not to automate firearm production, it was to align Mr. Crayfish's Gun Mod with the theme of Create. However, I understand that many want to see the mod fully automate the items, so I'll be coming out with a video on Crafttweaker soon that adds and removes recipes to suit your needs.

This mod feels like an insult to tinkers construct. The way you make weapons is purely r5arded
they should make the simple gun kit craftable
Just a question: Is there a way to disable the workbench so you cant craft things like miniguns with just 36 iron?
Install Crafttweaker. Using a script editor, you can add, remove, or change recipes however you please. If this is a thing I should make a video on, let me know, because it took me a while to figure it out. There are plenty of tutorials already on UA-cam, though.
@@makomatoi Might be good to create a tutorial on it since searching google yields close to no results. Also if i look up things about this mod your channel appears at the top 99% of the time so it’d probably help.
