Porsche 992 911S and a Mustang racecar on Oregon Raceway Park CW 1:55 The last lap I braked very hard into a turn, and my seatbelt locked - would not release. It was way too tight. That's why I waited and pointed the Mustang by, then slowed down to release the seatbelt.

Love the car, are you on swift springs? I recently picked up an is500 as well and wanted to lower it, haven’t decided on what option to go with. The RR racing exhaust sounds awesome!
Yes, Swift springs. Whatever you do, absolutely do not go RSR Downs…I had to swap them out. They dropped the rear so much you couldn’t have passengers in the back, and the front was still over an inch taller. Huge front gap, rear tire tucked an inch. Swift is almost perfect. Incredibly comfortable, like stock ride - which is what I was going for since it’s my Daily.
@@06BlackTaconoted, I’ll avoid RSRs, for your catback setup did you opt for high flow cats? I noticed eibach dropped some springs too, haven’t seen anyone online install them yet though.
@@kevinj9315 I believe I did no cats. IIRC, the cats that have O2 sensors are closer to the engine. This system doesn’t need cats. I’m not sure if the option to buy cats it’s a “secondary cat” in the center of the system that doesn’t have O2 sensors, or if these are actual real replacement cats up stream that have sensors. I believe these are center cats, that aren’t needed. They’re just another muffler in the system restricting flow. But your state might require them if they have sensitive laws on emission systems.
How do u sappost to know when its level the right way im having trouble with this leveling this and one more thing when the truck goes up to 35 and ill drive it it goes back 34 some lower u think i have a leak?
Anyone know if this is possible and/or will work on a ‘21? Looks different under mine
Did you opt for the manga flow cats or go cat less?
It’s the cat-back setup, so I’m still using the factory cats 👍
@@06BlackTaco thanks for the response! Im going with the same exhaust. so on their website, did you select the option for no cats?
@@Justin-dp9tw yep, no cats - you got it. It’s the RR Racing Valvetronic Bazooka system that’s $3K…the Axleback is $2K but I’m not sure how that one sounds, probably not as good as removing all the factory piping from cats to the muffler.
@@06BlackTacoyou the best! Thanks got the input

Yo just turn off traction control lol this car will do a burnout so easy lol cmon guy’s 😅
How long did it take you to get yours ? Mine said like 8 weeks
Love mamas response... :)
A cookie? Lol
Cookie, donut….basically a circle burnout related to food. I’m not the originator of the term, it’s been around for 50+ years lol.
@@06BlackTaco I’ve heard the term donut before never cookie tho lol
Where does the negative terminal go? And thank-you for this guide.
Love it 😍
That’s how you do it OG 💨💨💨💨💯💯💯🔥
If you squirt a little WD-40 the mufflers will come of the hangers super easy just fyi.
It’s not bad, if you watch my videos. I was annoyed with the brown wire choice as the tester showed it had power, and didn’t work - so I had to rewire everything, again. I can’t believe RR doesn’t send any type of instructions. It would take them maybe, what, 30 minutes to type out, add a few pictures, and throw a copy in the box on every order? Also, to get the rear mufflers out of the hangers, use gasoline or some type of lubricant! I wasn’t aware, and found out later.
Thanks for the tips. I was wondering if I should try the install myself or have a shop do it - looks like a pain in the ass, as you say, but probably worth doing at home. How are you liking it? I'll check part 2.
So im assuming theres only 1 sensor for both sides ? I just did mine and rear left is 35.75 vs rear right 36in.

Did you have any fitment issues installing? How is drone with valves closed, and did you go catless?
Fitment wasn’t bad, just normal exhaust PITA install. I have a few other videos up of the electrical valve installation, and I recommend checking those out.
Catless, no.
This was super helpful video as you made it easy to follow. I have 17 Armada platinum on stock suspension with 325 65r 18's and it was rubbing. After this adjustment it is not rubbing for my daily on road use till I get a proper lift..THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO POST!!
Hey, awesome exhaust set up you got there! I already got the Steeda H pipe, how is the noise quality inside the cabin while at highway speeds with the axle backs?

So good, indeed.
Sweet bro!! My uncle just replaced his rear tires on his 500 after 15000 lol
Hi does this mean if I get front 2 inch coil overs the rear will level? Or would I still need to lift the rear with spacers?
This isn’t a good way to lift the rear, mainly, just level it out perfectly.
Hello. I have a 2012 Nissan Armada platinum edition. I just installed new front shocks with 2 inch spacers. The rear is definitely a bit lower than the front . Would I have to adjust the height sensor the same as you have demonstrated ? Thank you
I mentioned in other comments, I would not use this method to lift the rear to match a front lift kit. It’s mainly used to level out the factory vehicle setting which seems to be too low in the rear. If you adjust the rear too high, the rear end will be very stiff.
That was awesome!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Is this a good way to level the back with the front? I installed 5100’s and the front sits higher currently
No, I would use this method if you want to run 34’s with no lift or want to balance out the factory reverse rake. If you raise the rear to much using this method, the rear becomes very stiff and uncomfortable.
awesome video thanks for sharing, I have 2015 GS350Fsport and I always wondered what it would be like on the track!
Vossen wheels ? Those look awesome
You are ready to properly leave cars and coffee events now.
😳
Quick point of clarification - to raise the rear you need to narrow the gap between the two nuts, correct? And to lower it, you need to increase the gap, correct?
Opposite... closer=lower farther=higher man. Hope that helps
@@minitrucker8835 certainly helped me. Kurt and I heard it the same way. thx
Will this improve the sagging on my rear suspension?
If your rear suspension is sagging, then yes, it would. But if you have a lot of miles on your rig, your rear air compressor may have gone out, causing the sag. If you adjust this, and nothing happens - your air compressor is bad. Once you replace the compressor, you can adjust the rear to your liking.
So by doing the adjustment how you did, it raises or lowered the rear?
It can do either. Screw the piece in to lower it, screw the piece out to raise it.
If the ZL1 has mods he needs to take them back, that trap speed is lowww. Nice kill!
So does the front end have an adjustment also or is it just the rear end that is adjustable for height?
No, the frontend is not adjustable. Only the rear. I was attempting to lift the front with spacers, but couldn't justify the harsher ride of the rear when lifted 1-2", so I just leveled the rear which is about 1/4"-1/2" higher than stock (in the rear).
I uploaded a video and they sounds the same inside
Just wondering but this is my wifes car its a 2020 armada platinum just put k&n cold air wicked flo exhaust and resonator delete. However when we go together i drive and have raced a mustang a few chevys and an eco boost f150 and have smoked them all no lie do yall do this. Cuz damm these thing are quick
He should have let you by you were clearly faster.
LMAO!!
Did you leave the resonator on at the axle?
Yes, still on.
Yes i deleted resonator and went with wicked flow exhaust
How can I lower the rear Factory looks too high up I don't like the way it looks I want to drop it down like yours I have it 2005?
You should be able to adjust the same way. Rather than lengthening the piece, scew it together to make it shorter.
@@06BlackTaco thanks 🙏
@@djlalokc7698 did it work ?
@@patron_bulliez5558 yeah brother thanks 👌
How does the outside sound i want to do this on our armada
Sounds great. I have another video from the exterior. It should have come this way from the factory.
how high i can go ?
You can raise the rear up from 35.25” to 36.75” but the rear ride quality suffers when the rear is that high. I wouldn’t raise the rear any more than 36” to match the front if you still want to maintain the factory ride quality.
@@06BlackTaco will this help with squatting due to towing?
The system is self-leveling, so you shouldn’t squat when towing. It would help if you’re currently not level, to level out to your liking. Then when you tow, the car automatically knows it needs to adjust, and it self-levels.
What wheels and tires are on there?
They are 305/55/20 Yokohama Geolander G003 MT's - a newer tire with great rain performance and longer-life wear for an MT tire. Wheels are Black Rhino Rotorua's 20x9.5 and + 12 offset
