Coming along nicely Rob 👍👍. Having some more play on the trailing wheel is the best fix. At least it will still ride the rail correctly unlike removing the flange. The tender looks to have a similar wheels base. Does that encounter problems on your line? I would presume there is more movement on the axles?

Your locomotives are really pretty! How do you paint them without their paint discoloring from the heat of the boiler?
