If you want, Take the block to Jaxengines for new cam bearings, about $100 parts/labor. Nothing wrong with cut crank and oversized bearings. At least that crank is balanced to the assembly
Hey Brian! Didn’t see what you ended up doing with the parcel shelf. I’m stripping my e82 now for a Rally build. Doesn’t seem like it can be removed just with spot welds, did you have to cut it?
@@loganbair3947 hey man. Shoot me a message on IG. I will gladly send detailed pics.
Looks slow
Hi mate is very nice 👍
Yesssss keep The content coming mate , absolutely smashing it and really enjoying the in depth E82 build
Thank you sir! I appreciate that! I got many more coming soon!
Ugh. This is why many of us cannot follow these kinds of videos. So many of us do not know how to weld. Excellent video otherwise. :-)
Great content. Sending you a Insta PM!
How you turn down idle screw?
Did u remove the governor

Hey thanks pal! 🙏
If you remove the plate the fuel pump mounts to you can use a regular style tank for these and run a gravity fed line to the carb. I know you said in a previous comment yours doesn’t have tabs, but it’s does. That’s what the plate mounts to. Then buy an Amazon exhaust and you could have saved the $200 on that kit. $20 for a tank and $20 for an exhaust.
Thank you for this. I was dreading driving in July and August. Not anymore ❄️
Of course!
You can make that motor go 40 to 45 mph just remove the throttle stop its a screw located at the govener linkage
Best video yet🔥🔥🔥
@@burntheships thank you sir!
Nicely done!
@@ATLFuelCells thanks guys 🤙
Put some welding blankets on the e30 glass, it’s about to be ruined lol
It’s 90’s glass. It’s indestructible 😉
@@BryanSturman92 I thought that too until I rubbed my hand across my s14 windshield 🤣🤣
awsome! good editing! keep going // Tobbe sweden :D
Thank you!
keep it up man, great editing, great explanations. only suggestions i have is MOOOORE VIDEOS hahahahahaha These are awesome man, jokes aside, nice job taking your time with it!!
Thank you! I appreciate that man 🙏
Always great content! I wish more creators followed your format
Thank you my man! 🙏
Thanks for the video bro! I’ll eventually be doing this soon.
Yeah man absolutely! Thanks for watching. these detent tools are kinda pricey. Shoot me a message on ig when your ready and I’ll send them to you if you wanna borrow them
@@BryanSturman92you’re the man! Thanks dude! I believe I messaged you on FB about the diff. I just saw it on market place.
Wow! Such a cool bike!!
FYI don't use a bilge pump, I can list out a ton of reasons. I diyed a system after pulling flow rates off a "real system" ended up using a gik fun diaphragm pump external to the cooler (more room for ice, heat from pump outside the cool system). Capillary tubes have high pressure differential and low flow the opposite of what a pump like yours wants. The pump I used was like 10 bucks and I ran it off a USB charger I think it pulled like 5 watts.. They can also pull suction to self prime.. Idk why everyone uses bilge pumps.
Best video I’ve seen ! Thank you brotha
Ya dude! Thank you 🤙. This was just a one off video I did outside of my normally drifting/building videos and its the best one I have 😂
@@BryanSturman92well what about a video hooking up the on off switch on the handlebars instead of the one that comes on the side of the motor? I’m struggling with mine I can’t figure it out. I’m mechanically inclined I just don’t have enough experience with small engines. Just did the motor swap with the Predator 224cc and that’s all I have left to do
Love the craftsmanship! Bad ass bro
Thanks my man! I appreciate you watching!
Love to see the progress brother!!!
Thank you sir!
Shout out to Justin Ellis, dudes the man.
Nice
Hey unusual comment but i thought maybe because the video was old you might not respond but i got a ghost engine aswell for my gokart and i was wondering what clutch you used?
It was just an Amazon clutch that was the correct size for the shaft.
@@BryanSturman92 oh ok thanks 👍
Do you know where you bought the throttle cable
looking forward to seeing this build
amazing. Thanks for putting these out, by the time i grow out of my E92 ill be going back and watching this series for when I do my 1 series just like this.
Hell ya man! Thanks for watchin em!
Can you get a different coil and bypass the 6000 rev limiter and if you do so is the rest of the engine capable of handing the excessive RPM besides probably needing a Flywheel to prevent It exploding on your leg LOL Would you need anything else besides that?
Brother why does your garage door have so many struts on it?!
Make a “roll over” / “tilt” jig. Cheaper and easier then a rotisserie
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love the content!
Thank you my man! 🙏
Where did you get the cooler mount? From same manufacturer as cooler?
The mount itself is from coolshirt company. And the cooler is just an amazing unit. Same size as coolshirt cooler
Is there anywhere to buy the fittings other than cool shirt company
Those brackets you removed in the engine bay, were those intended to support the shock towers? Definitely opens up the engine bay
I’m sure they provided a good bit of support. But I think the biggest function was to keep all of the brake fluid separate from the engine to prevent the possibility of a fire. These cars are right hand driving in most other countries so that’s why they were on both sides.
NIce!
How do we enter to win the E30?
I will make a video on it. Keep an eye on my ig in the next couple weeks
I love to see the attention to detail!
Thanks my dude
Are you going to be doing this to the rear end as well?
Yes I currently have the rear, frame rails and quarters completely cut off and shaved down to nothing. It will be in the next video 🤙 as well as a bunch of fab works that’s done. Videos have been a bit slow but I’m going to catch them up to Real time over the next couple weeks with a handful of vids
Built OVER 50 predator 212/ 10+ 224 bikes... 3hrs at idle.. broken in..
Where did you get the throttle cable and clutch from?
Did you ever find out where he got it from I’m trying to build mine also
What size throttle cable u use ?
