This is horrible liberal editing. Oil went negative when Covid hit. Not when Trump took office. 2016-2019 was a great boom for anyone here in midland. It started to slow down slightly at the beginning of 2020, then came to a total halt when Covid started and everything shut down. I remember the day everything stopped and oil went negative, every single rig we worked for shut down operation. Except for the ones who hedged their bets and had a constant price no matter the economy. Thank god we worked for those companies at the time.

The people here in Midland are rude. The traffic is horrible, no safe drivers people cut you off bad. There’s nothing here. I prefer back home but have to make a sacrifice while my husband works and support us. Almost done with school so I can go back home. Also, too much dust, the weather is bad, floods, too much rain, and super cold. Haven’t been able to adjust.
