Limbus was made so the dev studio wouldn't go broke working on their next big thing, yet feels the least cash-grabby out of all the gacha games I've played. It politely requests 11 USD every 4-6 months in exchange for every seasonal item, and I've actually only paid that once out of desperation for Solemn Lament Yi Sang. Also, I'm convinced that either their idea of "fanservice" is less of sex appeal and more of deranged-conspiracy-board appeal, or that they're doing the exact same kind of fanservice and just know this community has a type.

Without bp it's not worth it. Sure 35 pulls worth of lunacy for 2 guarantee 000 identity but do note that if you just started farming for a new id that just comes out, you would have to farm for at least 29 days to get that new id while refilling once a day and doing MD every day. Pulling isn't even that bad since every pull still gives you shards. If you lucked out you just skip all that farming and waiting bullsh*t. So I would rather farm md without refilling and save lunacy to pull if I wasn't buying bp for that season.

I always get 3 stars in 40-50 rolls or less with limbus company, even the rolling in limbus is nothing to worry about

It is the first gacha game with 12 characters. 12 CHARACTERS ONLY. While other gacha games try to sell different characters with variety design, Limbus gives us smaller pool characters to focus on. It is a REALLY GOOD DECISION because every characters get their spotlights and you end up caring for all of them even tho they're not your favourite. You love to see each character interact with each other and see them as your beloved "12 dysfunctional adults sharing one braincell".

Limbus is the first gacha game where I brought stuff purely as a way to express my enjoyment of the game and approval of how fair their monetization system is.

I’m only in the second chapter in Limbus Company and I just don’t vibe with the story it’s trying to tell. I might continue playing to see if it gets much better, but the dungeon parts at the end of a chapter just seem so needlessly long. I guess I’m just built to be a Timekeeper, not at director or whatnot. At least Mili’s music is peak.

No other gatcha game will allow you to pick up a new SSR equivalent on the first hour the banner goes live at zero crystals/tickets/pulls. AND allow you to fully power up the new ID from the start because Limbus lacks any artifact/equipment system. 400 EGOshards + Dispenser my beloved. Yes I bought the battlepass. Oh right, other battlepasses basically expire at max level and their max XP per week is capped. Limbus Pass has no XP limit at all AND rewards you for going over max level AND Dispenser allows access to past season EGO including past Walpurgisnacht. Pretty great.
