Great video, really appreciate all the work you guys put into making these. Just would like to point out one observation about this Catalina island bike trip which Is that in this case I question whether the juice is worth the squeeze. In this case you had to pay $84 for r/t ferry ride + $7 to bring your bike. Add $35 for the wilderness conservancy permit and $70 for the campsite (you would have to pay for hotel if you stay overnight anywhere so guess you can subtract this). All in all, $125 to ride your bike on Catalina island, which was amazing and beautiful, but for two people that is $250. You could have stayed up in lake Tahoe for the weekend or Yosemite valley at Pinehurst or Bass lake in a cabin or real hotel room for that. What I am saying is that the nice thing about cycling is that any road or trail can become an instant and FREE adventure, just get in your car and drive to your destination and go. I loved the video but I would have to give it a hard pass as like going out to a restaurant nowadays I can't enjoy myself when I am getting ripped off.😂

Jemma and Joe, Wow, very impressed you guys, over two miles of climbing to over 10,000 ft elevation on unpaved surfaces after two days of riding around the island already And then per the comments you both did it again the next day! Wow, you guys are very tough, hardcore and both really at the top of the fitness curve. Have been binge watching your channel last 48 hours and really enjoyed all the views, adventures, camera work, drone footage and narration/soundtrack. Jemma and Joe, just a bit of advice from a recovering Vegetarian (vegan) of 20 years.. You are really breaking down all your muscle and connective tissue and joints with all your hard core riding. Your body needs the protein from Animals (i eat only wild caught fish nowadays) for recovery. I found out the hard way when my wife had to save my life so that is why i am telling you although i did not want to believe it. Majority of humans (maybe people from india are the exception but they were all diabetics from all the carbohydrates and needed high dose insulin at my last job) need to eat meat in some form or other because the animal food has a life energy you can not get from fruit, grain and vegetable. If you are having difficulty to recover try adding some wild caught salmon or cod to your diet, i recovered quickly from fatigue and sililar symptoms once i stared eating animals again (sorry to tell you). I would also advise adequate rest days and there are some amazing new developments in supplements including the peptides that can be very helpful. I can elaborate if you would like a list. Cheers!

Yeah Zion canyon has to be among the most beautiful places you could ride a bike. It's so nice that they only allow busses in there so traffic is not bad. But if you want to get away from people there are thousands of beautiful roads in Utah that only have a few cars passing per day
