Hope Allah SWT gives all women going through a separation / divorce hidayah that they give their children's father the right to spend quality time with their children without the need for fighting in courts. Muslim men in the West should boycott marriage. Marriage is just men subsidising women and their careers. All Muslim women who want to pursue a career should pay 50% of all living costs during their marriage, otherwise all that happens is that Muslim husbands are just paying for everything and then losing everything in divorce.

I went through a lot of trauma as well with my divorce I couldn’t see my 3 daughters for almost 3 years which just shattered the bond I had with them and than when I was allowed to see them again I still don’t want to tell them it was all because their mum made up lies about me so in their head I just disappeared for no reason my ex accused me of being a t@rrorist and wanting to take the kids abroad to join a 4 letter terror group I was arrested and investigated under anti terror laws and even after extensive interrogation and investigation not a single shred of evidence was found to substantiate her false accusations I was still deemed to be a threat simply because I have a beard a Muslim name and unfortunately a criminal history that I was involved in years before my kids were born but because she is white and English they wanted to protect them from my “radical” religion I was only contacted again by my ex as she needed help with my eldest 2 daughters who were going through a lot of mental trauma in their heads that my eldest even attempted suicide 3 times these women don’t understand that the ones that suffer the most are the kids and by the time they get the message it’s too late for the kids 😢

Advice for those who fear ALLAH, rest can do what they want: Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed indeed it is they who are the disbelievers (Surah Maidha) So it's pretty simple for those whose foundation of their judgment is not the above (Quran) or those who claim or even believe themselves that they are judging based on Islam but in reality they are judging based on their feelings, desires etc but also trying to cover it in the name of Islam both are munafiqs and the last ones are the worst kind of who don't even know or realize. My ex put false allegations on me, spent 10 days in prison, barred from entering my town for 3 months and didnt see my son for 7 months. This is the typical story of a Western Muslimah these days. She spends £30000 to get married, her mum tells her she she should be her own woman, she gets a bogus khula for £500, gets the ex arrested so he cant çome near the kids, she on the other hand finally realises the grass isn't so green on the other side. She realises men dont want her (apart from desperate simps) because she is a single mother, she misses sexual intimacy so she tries to find someone but no luck as she has become desensitised to having sex with different men. This makes her bitter and now will do everything on her power to destroy her ex in family court. Accountability is kryptonite for women

There is a belief that children don't need their fathers and islamically children are with their mother's after seperation.

I have seen two cases like this. In one the father divorces the mother of the child and prevents the child from seeing the mother despite all her pleas. And the other case was the opposite, the mother restraining the child from the father. Both are equally unjust. To be torn away from one’s child is one of the most painful things ever. May Allah have mercy on the Ummah

What has preventing the other spouse from exercising their custody rights got to do with genders? It's not as if there aren't Muslim man that does this? Also, doesn't islam robs a divorced women of her rightful custody the moment she remarried to another man because she has no source of income?

Actually the custody of children in case of divorce belongs to women because of the report narrated by Ahmad (6707) and Abu Dawood (2276) from ‘Abd-Allah ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), that a woman said: O Messenger of Allah, my womb was a vessel for this son of mine and my breasts gave him to drink, and he rested in my lap. But his father has divorced me and wants to take him from me. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: “You have more right to him so long as you do not get married again.” Classed as saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh Abi Dawood. There is also a consensus among scholars about that but she is not allowed to prevent father from visiting them

The Prophet ﷺ said: "If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone, I would have commanded a woman to prostrate to her husband." (Tirmidhi, Vol. 2, p. 386, Hadith: 1162)

Great Reminder

I'm a woman of old age. I have seen so many cases, that it is terrifying. Lies, slander towards the father. In one case I witnessed.. falsely accusing father of SA.. the dad is one of the most pious people I have met. Allahu Akbar! Is it better to raise the child like an illegitimate child? The relationship between the father and children is a right given by Allah.

Wouldn't it be Hashar where they'll face judgement?
