Hey Clare, thank you. Lol, you're not wrong about the sourdough 🤦‍♀️. Interesting what you say about reflux though as I've had a bit of that with the bread I have made. Well, it seemed to be that but I've had 5 weeks of eating crap and drinking for 3 weeks 🙄 so my body might be readjusting to no booze and less crappy food. Yep, wood cutting very satisfying 😊. Oh the storm 🤦‍♀️. Had to move at 3.45 this morning as my van was getting battered 😱. Lol, yep my eyesight is that crap, it could have been a crisp packet 😂 xx

@ I’ve bit the bullet and bought some yeast and strong organic white flour to make some bread this weekend. Even though it’s a naughty on the low carb thing, life is too short but at least it won’t have all the added extras like in the packaged stuff. Reflux is a daily/nightly horror brought on by years of MS/ reflux medications and being veggie!! Probably too late to fix it 🙄. Especially when I thought fermented was the way to go…..every day is a learning day 😂. Glad you survived the storm, listening to hours of crashing tree limbs was scary here. Massively thankful the roof has stayed on and so did the electric even though surrounding areas have been off. Gin has helped! 🤗xx
