I didn’t have the nice tools you used in the video. But what I found that works is pumping the breaks and holding them down while I crack and loosen the caliper screws. You can feel the pedal sink down and then tighten the bolt back up and let off the break. Almost worked too well cause now it breaks so hard my wheels lock up 😅

What kind of connectors does it use?

I have just recently replaced the rotors and pads on my X-2 and upon installing the rear wheel, my gears were all out of wack for some reason. the first 4 larger gears are super inconsistent when downshifting/upshifting, skipping and popping down. then when you up shift a gear within the 5-8 range, it will not shift up a gear until you click it twice majority of the time. the paddle shifter itself also doesn't want to shift into first without an uncomfortable force and it doesn't click into 1st right away either. you push the lever, bottom it out, and then in a half of a second, it clicks. have tried readjusting the cable tension at the screw, the barrel adjuster, the b limit, everything, and it still just doesn't work right. not sure if my drivetrain needs replacement or what the deal is. I got the bike beginning of august 2023, and it has about 920 to 950 miles on it. any suggestions would be appreciated. at this point it seems like it needs a drivetrain upgrade not just a replacement/tuning. the SX series seems kinda crappy when this bike shoulda had the nx series minimum. anyways, if anyone has any possible insight on what possibly is the issue, i would genuinely love to hear it. I want to get back on my Luna and hit the trails so bad.

pennies trick for spring is cool. so the rear sprocket is just for changing the main sprocket on the rear tier ? Bummer I was hoping some one finally made a pedal kit for pedal assist for wen you out of power :P Fyi. I'm trying to find the prefect quick release/folding pegs so I can leave crank on but be riding and collapse pegs wen I want to and have the crank clear them. Might have to extend the cranks shaft a 1/2 inch. Most pegs I have seen so far are to cheaply made. I just google e-bike passenger pegs. Let me know if you know of any that collapse and have good clearance :) IE. I put link in next comment du to link blocking on YT

@lunacyclerepair I bought a used a controller, installed rode but not matched. It makes some high frequency pitch sound from controller. I did the motor matching, and it still does, as when you drive and reach over 9mph. I have a mx4, please help me, thank you

Or what you can do is clone a couple keys and then take the originals and put them somewhere safe. Or if you buy one off facebook marketplace from someone shady and no profile Pic and he's missing the keys and the charger and willing to sell super cheap because he knows what he got 🤣☠️ I guess this video would be helpful.. 🤣🤣

Hey my is still suck on wait it was working ok but I turn the bike off then turn it back on it won’t work

I blew the front brake line, replaced it and the caliper. I can’t get fluid to push from the caliper to the upper reservoir screw, it will not push fluid through and idk why…thoughts?

Factory 2.0 all the way psi to 100-110 and your set

Could be your snap ring worn out or bearing gone. Just redid top and bottom on mine and it’s butter now. Both bearing were so worn they snapped and rollers were missing! Check your headset and bearing guys! I’d add grease from new
