@timxfishing Day 1 I had some old braid, which have probably been on the reel over a year or more. Day 2 I spooled the new Endurx 50lb on it. There were no issues with the first few fishs. I might have had some fray in the line or my knot probably started slipping towards the end there. But I'll be testing them out more. I might have to go up to 65lb next time lol

Is there just days where you don’t get bored at Eastman? I went yesterday kayak fishing and only was able to catch 1 dink in 4 hours. Tried too water, wacky, Texas rig, crank bait . Nothing, but people been catching them on Facebook all the time

Fishing is an art form..just you your knowledge of the quarry and the body of water you're fishing knowing the difference between a good spot vs a bad spot and your confidence in the techniques that you're using and being productive without using any electronics no better feeling..
