Ok so i have done 3 test but in 1 and 2 tests I didn’t feel pain but in 3rd test i feel slightly pain in my shoulder so does i have tear or whai ?
That mean you have a tear and mostly 85 percent need surgery

Is this guy a licensed PT/chiropractor? Because I’ve watched multiple licensed people recommend some training with the affected biceps. Not doing anything is not a good thing. This guy doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about
the only video that actually worked for me :) Had Bicep Pain for 2 days it was even so bad i couldnt move my arm. I did the excercise 2 and 3 for 2 minutes and my pain was gone. Great video, keep it up!

If the pain is located on the inter border of the knee cap, would you still pull the patella medially with the tape? Or laterally?

And next time don’t go wild with dumbbells! Take time do it slowly and smoothly. If you’re beginner this happens few times, but later on it don’t happen. Keep stretching, don’t apply any force to your hand… don’t do anything heavy, take a rest, when you sleep try opening your hands straight and then sleep! Give your hand gentle massage where the pain is. You can apply some cream like “BENGAY” pain relievers!
