OMG.. I just noticed that there is an app called "Lossless Scaling" and ith this app, you can add even more frames.. it works in almost EVERY GAME, no need for new GPU, it´s so mindblowing O.O. MAKE YOUR GPU a 4090, don´t bother about new GPUs, they are stealing your money!!!

So if a 1 2 or 3 Ai generated frames tucked in bwetween two renderd frames is not "Fake Frames" What is it then? If Ai can accurately predict what the next frame should be Why even call it Ai Generated frame?. To me this is getting into the teritory of scams and all the 50 series cards are doing it.

Okay, so I thought about getting a VR1 or maybe a Pimax Crystal Light as Upgrade for my Valve Index. The RTX 5070 should be enough for it, right? I just want to enjoy the full resolution high textures. I don´t even need 120Hz, 90Hz is enough for me. This does work right?

Driding a billion dollar company. You yap alot forget to mention that the Budget option is the cost of a flagship back in the day. The excuse for the price hike was "chip shortage" well the shortage is gone why the prices still increase this much yearly? Nvidia has abandoned real raw performance for DLSS. 5090 is all fake frames aswell. The 4090 was also all fake frames. Nvidia went from making raw power to only fake frames. We have entered and era where the 1700 dollar flagship cannot handle 4k native without DLSS and upscalling.

maybe game devs should just optimize their fucking games insted of pumping out soulles cash grab woke DEI bullshit. the fact that nvidia advertises the 5070 as better then the 4090 is just misleading and straight up false advertising. DLSS also doesnt work in all games and use cases, not that it matters more then half of the time it looks like shit anyways. the problem is that thanks to nvidias blatant false advertising and misleading marketing people are going to buy the new 5070 expecting huge performance and they will be let down if their game doesnt support DLSS, such as DCS in VR. if nvidia clearly stated that they are comparing a 4090 without DLSS to a 5070 with DLSS cranked to the absolute maximum it would be ok, but they dont because they know that it benefits them

It’s not that flagship GPUs owe us their full performance. The real issue lies with game developers and publishers, who owe us proper optimization. We should not accept DLSS, FSR, and frame generation as the new standard-these are graphics hotfixes, not real solutions. Yes, frame generation and upscaling can increase FPS and improve playability, but we have to ask: Why do modern games still look the same-or worse-than 5-8-year-old titles that were properly optimized? Where could flagship graphics be today if the same effort was still put toward optimization? Developers and publishers are OF COURSE happy to embrace AI upscaling and frame generation, because it SAVES THEM MONEY. Think of that every time GPU manufacturers and game tycoons try to "hype you up" for a brand-new tech, its PRIMARILY not for YOU its for THEM. Why would they spend time and resources on optimization when they can rely on some technology instead? But are we seeing a cheaper price tag or more deeply polished storylines in games as a result? Nope. The results are only allocated to the pockets of the publishers and NVIDIA for gatekeeping the tech and making it usable only on their hardware. Or the Gen Z TLDR: STOP GLAZING NVIDIA and start BLAMING the devs whos GAMES cant run without "fake frames"! And that would be my opinion if DLSS worked perfectly with no visual impact… But that is not the case. Since it fakes the intermediate image, it does not know what is behind objects. As long as you’re standing still or in slow-moving scenes ( like in all the FANCY Trailers and demos they publish), it looks amazing-but the moment you turn fast, drive fast, or fly fast… It becomes a blurry mess! This is the same issue TAA had, but in my opinion, DLSS due to the is much worse, due to upscaling (which cannot add details that weren’t there to begin with), it was already a blurry mess BEFORE adding the " frame smoothing" It reminds me of the trend from a few years ago-if a game had jagged frames, the “fix” was to slap a ton of motion blur on it. Now, we have a more advanced version of the same problem. I'll give credit where it’s due-DLSS blur is not as bad as traditional motion blur-but it still doesn’t look or play as smooth as a native, fluid game. but i remember how SEVERLY the Gamer community PUNISHED Studios who relyed on that... now with DLSS they are "GLAZED THE F** UP"

Got a 4090, and im not even playing with dlss 3.0 anymore. Some stuff looks a lot worse. Small detail like fences or palm leaves, looks all blurry or mashed out. It almost feels like setting all graphic settings to low. Frame regen is nice, but many games are not using it. Im getting a new CPU instead, and wait for 6090.

BUDGET GPU? I dunno this has to be rage Bait, like so much stuff in this video is just wrong, ain't no way this is serious. But you did keep it like real enough were a decent amount of people will believe it, so I rate this 7.5/10

meh the only one who needs the 2000$ gpu are the idiot gamers who nned to haw 4k resolution 120fps and max setings and im jsut on a amd 7650 xt and i dont haw any problems even with games from 2024 like stalker 2 on unreal 5 on stebol 60fps on hight setings i dont realy see much difrence from amd and nvidia drivers you just hit update like on nvidias

With your logic, they should've just announced lossless scaling for $500 and you'll be happy. My 4070 is as strong as a 5070 with lossless scaling, Cant talk to a brick wall.

Nobody is complaining it does not perform like a 4090, they complain that the marketing does act as if it does. They also complain that a top end card like a 5080 only has 16GB. Or that progression seems to be minimal. I am curious to see 5080 vs 3090ti. But on paper they seem simular even having the same tdp. So if they perform simular there pretty much has only been some AI progression and the rest being brute forced. People also complain about the pricing in general. But nobody complains a 5070 does not perform like a 4090.😅

You also need to accept the fact if they rely too much on making fake frames then gaming industry is done for. And not to mention battle royal like pubg will be hard to play the more they rely on those projects unless they find a solution.

Sure, but people are mostly hating on it not being very clear that its non-dlss performance is only on par with last gen. Using ur analogy its like promising this corolla can drive just as fast as a ferrari, but never really putting much focus on its only on supported roads it can do that, everywhere else its just like a normal corolla. People are not only mad about the performance, people are also mad about how they are presenting it, as if it was sent from heaven to us mortals.

Half the people that complaining about 5070 will most likely never touch one, and other people say "5070 and the 4090 perform the same", NO they perform LIKE the same but not EXACTLY the same. I don't know why I bother learning about these gpus when I am sitting down with a rtx 3050 ti laptop.

It's fake frames. Look at literally any article. DLSS takes 1(or 2) frames, understands the motion and changes occurring in the scene, then proceeds to use AI to try to replicate the 3rd frame. Which in most cases looks "Okay" at best, the problem is with; Ghosting, artifacts, Latency delay ESP when running RT+DLSS+FG. Anyone can have an opinion but defending a billion dollar company is wild. Any excuse for the VRAM / BUS size as well ; We just gonna pretend like 8-12GB is okay for 2025?

When people believe marketing, Dude probable pre ordered a 5070 already. Nvidia are renowned for glossing the truth at launch, and they did again. The 5090 is only 20-30% better than at 4090, Ai means nothing cause its all bad compared to natural frame generation, Nvidia's substitution rather than a solution to a problem. Also just food for thought for all the AMD haters. AMD have pushed and kept up this close of a gap without the software Nvidia has., if that doesn't tell you something about how powerful they really are I don't know what would.

5 seconds in and already lies lmao the 5070 doesn't perform on par with the 4090, the dlss 4 of the 5070 performs on par with the dlss 3 of the 4090. actual performance between the two isn't close because even the 5090 only has a raw performance increase of ~30% over the 4090(according to the videos on nvidia's website). facts aside, i personally hate ai upscaling/frame generation. it just looks awful and fuzzy, especially when moving. i'd much rather just play at lower settings than use the ai tools. so for the people like me this fake performance certainly doesn't "redefine what's possible in gaming", it's totally irrelevant.

You must love fake frames and AI hallucinations making up to 75% of the fake "performance" and completely neglecting raw raster performance. #nGreedia wants us to buy fake performance and AI party tricks that ramp up the input lag and latency. AMD has the raw raster performance. Git rekt skrub
