Over all from what I viewd on my screen Folkart took ever one except the consistency. But I prefer a little thinner than too thick. And can always use an added medium for texture! Folkart all the way.... and my second choice would be Liquitex Professional! Thanks for the review 🤗

I wonder how people have time to create actual paintings or full size drawings with all the sketchbook stuff. I'm struggling to get in to a sketchbook, as I feel like if I have some time to draw, I should be doing a large format. I keep hearing how important having a sketchbook is, but I just can't seem to get it to them. I have a bunch lying around and so far all I've done is swatching. Am I just weird? And the quality of work in yours, is sort of intimidating. Yours are so good and I just wonder if the whole sketchbook thing is for me. I'd really like to find out how you make time for them. The DecoArt Americana seems to have come in 2nd to golden in this comparison for everything except holding texture *something I never like to do with paint* and some mild color variation. Quite surprised watching this! I just got my first test bottle of DecoArt Americana Titanium White and I am actually very pleased with everything about it so far!

I love that fish page too! I've never thought about using alcohol markers with gauche or acrylics over them. I wonder if poscas would work well over alcohol markers too! Now I have an art lab test to do! Thanks for the inspiration. Beautiful work! 🎨🌈

You definitely did a better job than I could do! I think the right side looks great, but to be honest, I think the left side with the large white reflections, doesn't quit look realistic. I kept thinking you were going to do more to that side, like you did on the right, to make it look more real. I was amazed watching you bring the right side "to life" so to speak. I think when you master making the large reflections look more real, your hyperrealism art is going to be amazing! Like I said, it is way better than anything I could produce. You have a lot of talent as an artist. I just noticed that this video was from two years ago. I just found your channel today, and I watched several of your videos when I saw this one listed in your comments and thought I would like to see it. It would be very interesting to see you attempt to do this hyperrealistic foil heart balloon again today; I know it would be even better!
