Fred, GREAT job man. Digging the beat, the vocals, instrumentation , mixing, etc.....and the video production. All parts kicked it for sure ........especially from back in '66. Thanks for posting. Jeff

I wasn't sure it was his voice at first but I would listen to anything he sang and enjoy it. One of a kind. The pain he endured was horrible while he was alive. How could that happen to such a beautiful soul with the angelic voice. Peace always James Dewar.

I'm 43, but I grew up with Robin Trower being played in my house! James' voice will ALWAYS be one of the grooviest blue-eyed soul/rock voices. 🙏🏿

Frankie Miller said" James Dewar is the Pavarotti of rock." Does not get much higher praise to the person I know was the greatest singer of them all.

I loved him, am so glad to hear this...rest James, you paid a heavy price, and your health so suffered...we miss you, but still have your essence...and for that we are so grateful.

For me, he is the perfect rock singer - ever. The richness and soul of his voice was just another level over even greater "singers" like Mercury and Gillian.

I'm 68. Been into music my entire life and I''l say this. Robin Trower is still in heavy rotation on my turntable in 2024. We are really into music, as we rarely watch TV. Wehave spent a fortune on audio gear just to get closer to the truth of the recording. Trower and Dewar still remain number one in gutarist/vocal music. As most who have pointed out here, Jimmy's voice is special and beyond words that I can come up with. Yes there's Plant/Page and love them too, but in my lifetime, Trower/Dewar remains #1. Thanks Jimmy for all you've given us.
