You missed the kid on Who's the Boss. I forget his name now but it was basically the same situation as Seven on MWC. Angela and Tony were basically adopting this kid from Tony's old neighborhood but the writers couldn't figure out what to do with him. They already had one boy with nothing to do (Jonathan) so why bother adding another?

Another character on Boy Meets World is the Corey’s younger sister. She disappears, came back played by a different actress, the disappears again. But, both actresses appeared on the finale of Girl Meets World.

The Bundy one was just hey add a child it was Peggy was pregnant and so was her actress. But the actress had a miscarriage and Peggy just wasn’t pregnant anymore. So the kid later makes sense bc they weren’t going to put Peggy’s actress thru a full happy pregnancy like that. (Kate ? Ugg brain fart on her name)

Dreama sucked on Sabrina anyways. Adding the two new roommates for The WB was a much better move. I always liked Jenny the best.

I really liked Jenny as Sabrina's friend, but I think they got rid of her because she was too overconfident. She got replaced by Valarie, who was whiny and insecure, and made Sabrina look like a total girl boss by comparison. I really thought Jenny would have been great to be with for longer in the show, especially since she was open to the idea of paranormal, but I also think she may have suffered the same fate as Harvey, which may be another reason why she was written out. I'm sad that you didn't talk about Penn and Teller's characters in the first season. The first season is my favorite and I find myself rewatching it way more than any other season in the show's archive, simply due to all of my favorite characters being in that season only. Dreama was not a well written character and is too annoying, and the witch hunter guy annoying too. You can tell both characters were rushed.

Alright i know it doesn't count because happy meals are only served at McDonald's, however, my most fond memory of a toy in a happy meal was getting the 24kt gold plated Pokémon "cards" that came inside the BIG shiny pokéball. I remember there being like maybe 5 of them. This was maybe 1999. If I'm not mistaken, were other Pokéballs available a short time before the extra fancy ones but I'm not certain. I'm just winging this off memory without looking out up.
