    This is amazing! I’m a circus artist and my absolute favourite is the Aerial hoop ! We are currently in lockdown and not allowed to go to circus practice, but luckily I have a hoop at home and your videos help me practice even in these times, thank you for your work, keep it going and stay safe ❤️

    That drop from the top to the bottom bars is one of my favorites ❤️ It’s so much faster than sliding hands down the side, lol. I’ve never seen that twist through with one leg hooked on the spanset! Very cool!
