For me Tarja is Nightwish. Again to me she surpasses the other two later singers with a voice that touches the heart and soul. Between Floor and Anette I prefer Floor. Between Floor and Tarja I'd say that Floor is more flexible. But again there's something so unique about Tarja's voice that causes me to tear up on occasions. Floor is also a decent person. Lastly the band, particularly Tuomas, treated Tarja unforgivably badly. The band also mistreated Anette.

At 67 years young, I have listened to all of the greats of Rock 'n' Roll, Heavy Metal, Alternative, and as good as all these legends, to me, Nightwish is in a class all by themselves! Tuomas Holopainen is a brilliant composer, and he is in very elite company with "Sir Elton John!" If you have ever listened to Elton John's album "Blue Moves" you understand what I am talking about. My favorite song from that album is "Tonight." It is a Masterpiece!

Lanternlight is breathtakingly gorgeous ❣️ Not able to listen to this with dry eyes, it goes straight to your soul. It’s so fragile and strong at the same time. What a gorgeous piece of music composed by Tuomas and so emotionally sung by Floor. Tuomas said that Lanternlight is a song of love to celebrate live of the people that passed. In this case mainly his dad. My favorite song from the new album followed by An Ocean of Strange Islands.

Sugestion: Maybe you want to dig in to Floor's solo stuff a little bit? I would recommend her life staging in Amstedam and the first released Album My Paragon - all of it is just wonderful.....

The lyrics is a letter of acceptance, transformation, and release. "I am the snow in your palm" speaks of how, when we die, we never truly leave; we become part of the nature of the universe. In this way, we transform into something eternal and far greater and more important than human existence. The light of those people from the past will accompany us in those small details that always bring us peace-gazing at the stars, the snow in your palm. It was the first song Tuomas wrote for the album, referring to the passing of his father...

My personal song of the year 2024. Top 3 in my NW rating. Whatever guard you have up, when Floor's voice comes in she cut's thru it like a fresh sharpened butcher knife and get's you right into your soul and while your bleeding out you feel satisfied. When Floor goes into her emotional mode you can sleep in the finnish winter outside in the woods and still be warmed by her voice and feel comfortable. Katrina , Consistent from start to end, Voice control in lower and higher, pinahirap lalo yung kanta, then parang nilalaro niya yung kanta sa galing niya. And kahit na ganon ay makikita mo sa kanya the way kung pano siya kumanta na hindi siya nahihirapan. On the other hand Morissette galing din, yung edge niya para sakin compare kay Kat yung quality ng boses niya its more pleasing sa pandinig and its sounds more powerful dahil sa quality of her voice and sinamahan pa ng growl, and more in character or emotion si Mori but both naman magaling na singer may different capabilities and qualities lang sila. First of all I don't understand Tagalog, so unfortunately I cannot follow everything you said. But for me Morissette's performance is more passionate, more resonant, and I can feel it. Nightwish will not be touring this album, it could be, at the very least, two year's before we get to hear song's from this album performed live. Next year will see a big tour by Auri (Toumas, his wife Johanna,Troy and Kai) and lots of solo show's by Floor, so you can forget anything live until possibly 2026, the 30th anniversary of Nightwish. Floor was given two weeks to add the vocals to this album, she did them all in six day's, this just six weeks after the birth of her second child. Apparently, she could hardly stand up during the recordings and also had to take breaks to feed the baby; she sounds absolutely amazing! The final track on the album is called Lanterlight, a lyrical and musical masterpiece by Toumas and Floors vocals are well, astounding as is her video performance.
