Hi! When you have a moment, perhaps gove this a go… (If needed, back up anything you care to keep before doing the factory reset.) Restore Boss GT-6B to factory settings: - Power on the pedal *while simultaneously holding* the COMPRESSOR TYPE and COMPRESSOR TYPE VARIATION buttons. (These 2 buttons are side-by-side in the upper-left under “Comp/Limiter” knobs…) - The display will show “Factory Reset”. - Release the buttons… then press the WRITE button. This should clear the internal memory and reload the factory settings, erasing all user data. Hope this helps… cheers! :)

Hey! Not a stupid question at all! OK… - Click the ‘Pedal Assign’ button (…between ’FX-1’ and ‘Tuner/Bypass’ buttons; below the ‘Patch Value’ rotary dial) - Click the Parameter < or > arrows until you get to ‘CTL PEDAL On’ (…if it says ‘off’, click the ‘Pedal Assign’ button to turn it ‘On’.) - Click the Parameter > arrow to get to ‘CTL PEDAL Target’ (This is where you assign which effect you want to use the CTL pedal to toggle on/off.) - Rotate the ‘Patch/Value’ Rotary Dial until you get to ‘pre:On/Off’ …this should be what you need to do for your case! Hey! Welcome to it, BassBro! It can totally seem overwhelming, but I implore that you stick with it - it's AWESOME! I am (by NO means) an expert, but if ever you have any questions, please feel free to ask away! If I can assist in any way to help you get to something, I'd love to help! Depending on the band I'm working with, I play metal (my main band is an Iron Maiden tribute, but I don't use the GT-6B for it), rock, pop, hip/hop and rap, and some other genres as well. Like any effects unit, it's really just a bunch of smaller units put together for more options to have on hand; there is DEFINITELY a lot of great utility with it. Patches are great, but I do prefer to run it in 'Manual' mode as a row of stompboxes that I can toggle on/off on the fly. Sometimes, 'just a dab will do ya', but you can get as subtle or extreme as you like with it. Anyways; CONGRATULATIONS... Totally! Even without the yellow mode, I’ve always really loved this pedal (I have two of them; one that I modded, which is the one in this video, and one that I left without the mod and just use an exterior footswitch). Cheers!

hi! i think i'm playing on the normal difficulty on pc. how can i get cooler weapons and/or some of the collectibles? also, keyboard and mouse really isnt compatible with the Parry and Shove moves i bought. any advice?

@@rangeetch.lahiri2120 hey! Awesome that you are still playing… It’s one of my all-time favorites, ever. As for PC, I wish I could give you better advice, other than maybe playing with a controller… Most USB controllers are automatically compatible with PC - I play on console (PS/5, Xbox 360/One)… As for getting good weapons, I would look at your “Tech” items… There are buffs that offer a weapon drop, and rare drop… Between those, and finding weapons with those same stats and using them, you’ll have much better chances of getting great weapons to work with! I’m not sure how far you are in the game, but if you have opened up all of the challenges, challenge level 50 (where you’re on the platform and shooting all the insecticides “Galaga” style), that is one of the more fun, and easy methods for farming weapons and credits! Definitely farming for as many credits as possible… I have another video that I posted for additional looting as a quick trick on one of the earliest stages (it wasn’t my idea, it was from a magazine, and I posted it as a video for helping folks that might learn Visually)… Hope these help… Have a blast!

@@fernfernacelliYou're most welcome. I don't know if would have ever found out all that if I hadn't read the manual from front to back, back in the day . :) It is a fun unit. The synth section is still one of the best on the market, even by today's standards.

Sooo… while I’m not actually all that technically inclined, just looking at the set up that I was toying with made me quickly realize in my mind that there definitely had to have been an easier way to do it… Just that this was what I had, and the method for getting the third mode made sense to me. again, I did have a feeling that there might have been an easier way to do this… In fact, I had Parts set aside to attempt to make my own footswitch incorporating some of the other paths and parts… However, it looks like you found an excellent alternative… I will definitely need to give us a try. Hi! So, the expression pedal is *solely* to make that connection happen… there’s no use in this setup “as an expression pedal”. I would imagine that you are absolutely correct (because that logic is totally sound), just that I haven’t tried that yet myself (unfortunately, I haven’t had much time to myself at all, as of late!). Additionally, I’m not all too technical, and am more of an experimental tinker…er ( *chuckling* ), so… If you try your method, pretty please let me know! I’d be curious… not only would it save much-needed real estate, but would be a really cool additional mod to the pedal on the housing itself, somehow! Ideally, they would not be anything other than just the pedal… With no bonus, extra paddles connected to it! Hey! Pardons for missing this comment! Yes, that is an extra for switch that I drilled into the top. However, for the video, it was disconnected. I used the boss FS6. That said… That extra foot switch is simply connected to a quarter inch cable that connects to the “remote” jack. So, it only switches between the red and the green modes. In order to get to the yellow mode, the A/B switch needs to be connected to the remote jack… Hence, why are used the boss FS-6. Hope that makes sense!

@@fernfernacelli It doesn’t completely make sense, but I get the basic gist which is that you need the external pedal to get to all 3 modes. I imagine that a mod is possible to get to all three with just one switch like the one drilled into yours, but it’s beyond my ability…

@@EarleMonroe I forgot to add… …the A/B switch *with the expression pedal connected* to be able to access the yellow mode. 😊

Hello! Pardons for forgetting to reply, but that's correct, and that is how I'd wired the pickups. All together, operating at the exact same time. There are no switches; all hard-wired directly to the output jack. Hope this helps!

Hey! Seriously, you’d just LAUGH if you saw it, but it’s as “simple” as wiring all of the “hots” together, wiring all of the “grounds” together, then wiring all of the power/battery lines together. I’m pretty astonished that this sort of thing hasn’t already been done before, but truth be told, no real advantages. I did it… just to *do* it. theawesome person that is really great to hear, I have a good part of the concept out of my head and I'm going to be itching out the writing for at least the first few episodes. It will likely be a few-part episode to start, and I'll see where to go from there. I have a lot of really cool ideas, but want to be careful not to use any of the names of the characters, and not to use music that's out in the real world… I will need to write some of my own to really get the mood of the scenes. I would love to put together a soundtrack of a lot of the real music I have, but copywriting would be a hoot, and this is meant to stay as a fan made attempt.
