Out alone in my boat one hot day, decided to take a dip. Decided to put a vest on, like to never got back in the boat.

Doesnt matter how deep the water is. I heard of someone who drowned in a puddle....on the path beside a deep canal. You should not expect to be able to touch the bottom when swimming

What not just take a old 55 gallon drum and or a 100 gallon used fuel tank off of a truck or a Holding tank of some sort and make a cart or use an existing cart and weld the storage tank on top of that. You can make it so much more efficient doing that than filling up 5 gallon buckets. And you can use a transfer pump on that tank to pump the oil from your transport tank to whatever you’re putting in on sure.
