At 5:26 I just realized that you’re at sea and your pot and the lid are living happy and free in the oven. I started my life on the waters on sailing boats, where we use pressure cookers most of the time and believe me; they are attached on the stove, which happen to be gimbal-mounted boat stoves. I recall you mentioning previously you were a crew of three on some sort of 'program'. (I'd love to know what you mean by program and what the details are.) Here however I counted four crew. Is this a different boat? Do you have an extra hand for ocean crossing?
