i did over 100.000 kms on the German Autobahn in a year not long ago. Shit like this happens all the time and its mostly trucks/semis forcing you to burn your brake pads with idiotic, unprdedictable behaviour. Usually eastern European plates. Like instantly switching to the left lane on an unrestricted (no speed limit) Autobahn part. When theres a truck passing a onramp with another truck coming onto the Autobahn, its guaranteed that the truck passing the onramp WILL switch lanes to make space for the onramping truck. Its nice theyre helping each other out, but often they´ll put YOU into danger with it. I know theres more to it then them acting stupid, but being underpaid and shit doesnt mean you should act like a clown in traffic. if you go these speeds on the Autobahn, make it a habit that your flash our highbeams EVERY FUCKING TIME you are approaching traffic, let go of the pedal, be ready to slam the brakes and be very fucking careful and aware whats going on. i loved it very much, but i value being alive more than flying over the Autobahn for a living and some day just die because of people acting like they own all lanes. There are clear rules on the Autobahn, but many are too dumb or too ignorant to just follow them.

I remember us driving on autobahn in the middle lane, overtaking a slow moving truck, we kept checking rearview mirror and nothing was there, literally nothing and then all of a sudden a CLS63 went flying past so fast, so fast, that we never even seen him in our mirrors. Madness that I’ll never forget. He must’ve been hitting over 300km/h as we were going 210.

We all know we had side mirrors but the old cars didn't had side mirrors so the idiot truck driver didn't check the side mirrors and be careful of going speed just go like the speed limit be careful and never ignore the speed sign and don't forget to check your side mirrors
