Hello miss, where are you currently at in your journey? I'm getting off Lithium right now and trying to live a medication-free life. They have messed me up even more, not just Lithium. I wish you well in your journey, please know you are not alone. I went into a bad relapse last year where I went through psychosis due to a professional not really knowing what they are doing and lost a lot of memories. I have had digestion issues, skin issues, menstrual cycle issues, and I have gained about 20-30 lbs from it. Omg I totally get u i’m diagnosed with bipolar depression I have anxiety as well my husband always tells I should stop thinking or get out of the house more but he doesn’t understand how this mental illness works and I loved robin Williams I grow up watching him it was so sad 😓 but I have a history of mental illness I’ve been in three hospitals and I’ve tried to kill myself I use to be an alcoholic right after my mom died I hit rock bottom that’s when I tried to kill myself I still struggle so now I’m trying out different meds I’m currently on lithium and Ativan don’t know what to make of it just yet

Just remember that there are so many of us out there and you are never alone. Everyday is a new challenge for us and I will be taking meds for the rest of my life and I don't have an issue with that as at least now I can focus and hold a job without fighting. I still have no friends as this is a tough 1 for me but as time goes bye I will take the step to make friends. Thank you for your video's.

Water drinking , and drinking too much water can be bad. Now not to give you a long explanation. Just sip the water, you need to trick the thirst, understand lithium triggers the thirst, even when you are not really thirsty. So trick the thirst, just sip and little keep drinking the same amount of water. 6 glasses per day is healthy. Maybe you were not drinking 6 or 8 glasses of water, which helps tremendously on blood cleansing. cure Actually is not about changing the way you think, but actually changing what you read, its about the information you put in your mind and what you do, what you think..I recommend Reading Mind Power by John Kehoe fantastic book reading this info it helped me transform my life, it cured! not only bipolar, but series of other mental illnesses you may have. Ween your self off the ones you don't like and stay on the ones you do.......I had the same issue with anti depressants.....now I'm not on anything super depressed but also manic so, yeah getting in with the psych asap.

Look into Lithium Orotate. There is a good video on UA-cam by Dr. John Gray. It is a natural form with supposively no side effects. I am still researching it myself. From what I am reading it does the same exact thing more effectively.

And yes Lithium orotate is savin my ass litetally. No side effects. Relief from rumination and desteuctive thinking is instant. Other benefits to repair brain tissue. Wonderful with a trace mineral tab.😃

Just an FYI.... I am NOT Bipolar II. I was misdiagnosed by an idiot shrink who was a pill pusher and my new diagnosis is Major Depression Disorder on November 24th 2016.
