Dad had a phipp 66 untill 1999 45 plus yrs ..in IL . I saved one of the in ground lifts .it's now in my garage..with the air compressor a saylor - buell.. the lift is a Rotary. Restored and working

I was down -.4 this week! 👏👏👏 That’s a win !!! I’ll take it!! I set a non-scale goal for this week… I have a desk job, so I set a goal to get in 250 steps per hour while I’m at work. I sit too long without moving. They say “sitting is the new smoking habit” to break 🫣… also gonna move during commercial breaks when I watch baseball games 👍

The non dairy powder creamer “great value” Walmart brand is zero points…. So maybe make coffee hot… stir in powder creamer to melt, add it to BIG CUP ice. Then add the sugar free SKINNY GIRL syrups 😅 or Torani sugar free syrups

First 30 minutes your up walk long and slow to pop your insulin receptors open & eat a high protein breakfast of animal proteins like eggs and bacon or ham. Weight watchers has never worked for me.

I have a comment which I really believe is the answer to your weigh in today. Last week on your first weigh in you had lost 4.5 pounds, no doubt a lot of that ( maybe all) was WATER. When you got on the scale today some of that ( staying the same weight) was not water loss but actual weight loss. As time moves forward I suspect you will see actual true weight loss numbers.... probably 1 to 2 pounds per week. Keep me posted as I really think I'm correct on this. Now chill and enjoy that yummy healthy bread you made and count it.
