It is quiter because most Msians dont live in major cities like in the Philippines and Indonesia. In weekends KL is even quiter as many KLites return to their villages. Both my daughters for eg. work in KL but they always go back to the village every fortnight

KL has the best value for money places. I stayed in that same building every time I went to KL and it's great. Right next to Kampung Baru. You should've gone to Nasi Lemak Kak Chuk though 😅
