We went past it in 2016 and didn’t even notice it, was just a village then with a few resorts towards Hoi An. Could definitely live there👍

Couldn't agree more with all the above we originally went there and planned on 2 nights but ended up staying 8 nights we loved the vibe and also met a few of the ex pat community. If only the visa requirements were more relaxed we would definitely look at it for retirement. The secrets out 😁

@@genxplorers I think the visa requirements are the most relaxed possible....just fly out every 90 days for a few days and return. You can stack those 90 day stamps as long as you like (currently).

Definitely,. Hakuba is only 2 hours away. Train to Nagano then bus to Hakuba. I prefer akakura area more as less busy than Hakuba thanks for watching 👍

@genxplorers Thanks for your response. I heard that Hakuba dining is best among the list and thats why I want to check it out.we will be hiring the equipment. Would that mean we would need to return back to Myoko when we about to leave or do you know if same company can be return at Hakuba. I am not sure which company does hiring yet.

Hi we are unable to advise on Ski hire equipment as we take over our own. But I'm sure when you do hire they will be able to advise on the best way to do it. Good luck and hope it's a good snow season. Enjoy

This was our third trip back to VN did it way before UA-cam was even a thing! We still have Sapa to showcase and Hue and De Nang Easy riders the Loop was damaged by the typhoon which came through that's how we ended up in Denang.
