Trustshoring is a company that helps SaaS businesses to scale by providing strategic tech and product advisory paired with pre-vetted development teams and agencies.
Our goal is to empower SaaS businesses to gain clarity over their product development processes, allowing them to scale their businesses.
We've been able to work with more than 300 SaaS companies, and most of our clients come to us with similar problems - A lack of clarity and control in their product development processes.
This is why we launched a "Product Stories" podcast!
On this show, our guests share their experiences, challenges, and stories of building SaaS businesses!
The show is geared towards inspiring and empowering business owners today through real-life experiences.
The podcast is hosted by Victor Purolnik, founder of Trustshoring.
Victor also shares some of the most common questions he gets from people, all geared toward helping people build software products with ease, clarity, and speed.

Very well-written article! One thing I need clarification on: I have USDT in my OKX wallet, but all I possess is the seed phrase (island blind tennis trap moment element print chair state hobby actress finish). How can I send it to Binance?
We talk to lots of people about this problem! Is this different than an assignment of rights? For companies who don't have this in place, is there a basic agreement they can get cofounders and contractors to sign?
Thanks for this detailed guide! I need some help: my OKX wallet contains USDT, and I only have the seed phrase (island blind tennis trap moment element print chair state hobby actress finish). How do I send it to Binance?
Good video ty
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the forecast! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Sounds like some of the most successful business plans I've seen, usually can't tell what the business is, still they get all the funding, makes no sense to me... c'est la vie
Business context is very important, especially for developers. They'll understand who they are building for and why, making the entire development process much easier and smoother because you have a dev team that can think, make decisions, and react independently.
@@Trustshoring tech engineers, upper level businessman, investors and the salesman trying to communicate with each other, is like trying to relate the subjective experiences of someone who doesn't have an inner dialogue, a person who can't visualize, someone with autism, another person who has synesthesia with each other. My comment was to exemplify the amusing and frustrating differences in the manner of thinking. What might seem completely reasonable, logical and obvious to us can be often be unfathomable to one of the other tiers of the business world and they feel the same wondering why we just don't get it and should have our priorities straight. Stack different sexes and cultures on top of that, it's a miracle any businesses work.
@@Trustshoring back in the mid to late 90s I tried to launch a broadband wireless ISP. I conceived of a modified franchise style agreement to work with all the little dial ups that existed back then, customers couldn't see or imagine how consolidating multiple services under a single internet service could save them and benefit them in the long run, yet signed up for DSL when it came out without even knowing what it was! My only customers were those whom AOL was a long-distance call, the other small ISPs either had some fantasy of exponential growth on their own or couldn't wait to sell out to earthlink in disillusionment. Meanwhile investors were putting in money preferentially to businesses with no plan at all. It was a very frustrating and enlightening experience. Four groups, types of people, each blind to the others experience and desires. Developers that can relate to business context , they're a gift. If they're also salesman and can relate to investors they are a godsend! Oh and I really shouldn't have been messing with border gateway protocols and such , on routers with buggy firmware while connected to the global internet... Looking back it was just luck I didn't cause a major outage.

How do you prevent conflict of interest when providing fractional Employees/ same person on different company’s Advisory boards? I am working on something similar please share your contact where we can discuss. Thanks!
Hey Aaryan! What type of conflict of interest are you worried about? What if they accidentally end up advising similar or competing companies? ^Victor
@@Trustshoring exactly thats my question, wouldn’t it be an issue if you get the same person on board as a fractional CTO for two competing companies?
@@aaryan9278 it depends. most fractional CTO is done on a pure coaching level, and the CTO probably has no reason to be in a conflict of interest. But if you're interviewing a fractional CTO, the best thing would be to ask and put a non-compete into their contract. Especially if you're looking for fractional CTO involvement beyond 4-8 hours per week, I would agree you shouldn't be working with someone who also advises your competitor.
what about data analyst
No need to hire in a capital city. Plenty of them out there!
I am polish-canadian, spent the summer in krakow, the tech talent is just as good as silicon valley if not better in some areas, go to any meetup and see for yourself. Katowice is also becoming a mini hub as well, talent in krakow, katowice and wroclaw are on par with warsaw if not better
100%! Wroclaw is one of the best locations to hire in by far. I love all of those cities. Cheers to Canada!
Any good meetups you recommend in Kraków?
@@jamie61734 Check out eventbrite.com they have great tech events listed there and you can search by region. Another good option is 'dev.events' for meetups.

Fractional CTO's is a nice idea.
Absolutely! We've seen a lot of our clients benefit from independent product advisory. You get to leverage the experience of seasoned pros without the need for a permanent CTO/CPO hire which would be much more expensive or even in some cases need you to give away equity.
One of the best presentations I’ve seen in this subject.
Glad you enjoyed it Simeon! Be sure to subscribe for more 😄

Absolutely! Only applies if you run a SaaS in the medical space - focused on US patients, that is...

Thank you for this amazing video and useful information.
Thank You Victor. Very informative.
Great content! Fantastic video. So many great tips how to start MVP for non-technical Founders.
Thanks Victor! Great presentation. You’ve given me the confidence to move forward with a concierge mvp using just the no code tools I’m already familiar with. Looking forward to proving my concept so that I can reciprocate the value you’ve provided by working with Trustshoring.
This was amazing!! Thank you! Very educated
Code can be fast. Ruby on Rails you can develop your MVP quickly in time measured in days and this scales. Though you have to pay for developers...Google sometimes help build apps for startups and their time frame is 2 weeks after full specs are done. When done properly code can fit your purpose but this requires expertise and will surely be more costly than no code solutions. For no code Webflow should be considered on the front end as something looking really good is equated for being professional and effective.
The interviewer needs to go deeper
Hi there, what would you have liked the interviewer to cover?
@@Trustshoring don't take it bad but sometimes you just said 'interesting' maybe get some more information about those snippets rather than just saying ;interesting and moving on.
also would be good to cover customer discovery
