There is only one band that sounds like this. Wipers for ever.

I was only 12 yeras old when Nirvana took over the world. And like any fan you are going to want to know there influences and you end up discovering bands you may never have heard of. When Nirvana covered Wipers D-7 and i found out more about them and the incredible music they made they quickly became one of my favourite ever bands. No wonder Kurt and the guys were fans. Such an amazing band.

I've just discovered this incredible band..I'm 63

would you still remember the name of the venue? I'm thinking of a shortlived one somewhere halfway from steintor to kroepke at the right hand side - or has there been a 2nd gig a few years later?

Wipers are awesome. Love Greg’s guitar and the tone. Follow Blind, Return of The Rat, D-7, Wait a Minute and Straight Ahead are all the best songs ever made. Wish more people could appreciate this not many people were cheering when he was speaking

I bought an old guitar amplifier today and a friend of the owner saw my Wipers t shirt and said ''nice shirt''. First time meeting a guy who knows the Wipers. Felt amazing since they were a very underground band.
