I purchased this MEP-803a diesel generator from GovPlanet. After replacing all the missing parts, adding the MOV and improved well nut mods, and purging the fuel system, this was the first run of the engine. The belt needed tightening and the water temp gauge did not function, but everything else worked!

Short video of my first trip out 4-wheeling with the R2.8 Bronco. Trail was the T33A crash trail near Ward, CO. The R2.8 did very well, running cool at 178°F with very little cycling of the engine fan even though temps were in the mid-90s. Lots of low end torque for crawling.
