That was such a miss anyway. If I had that trio, I'd be putting Garganacl's ability and Maushold's Population Bomb on Flareon's 130 base attack. I mean, yes, Normal/Rock would be quad-weak to fighting, but with Purifying Salt, feels like Ghost Tera is perfect.
I know what you mean, but Dylan was talking about being tanky so that's a clue. And for Well baked body, the only clue is the history they have with the ability.

I was trying to think of a way to have a sort of "then we fight" draft league for the Dads (on this or their own channels) as well as Vinny, Patterzz, Luke etc. I was thinking about as well as having a Tera captain, they could have an ability captain that can have the ability of something on their draft, or a move captain that can have 1 illegal move from something else on their draft I was debating between 'mixing it up' style rules being baked into the league, or perhaps each week had a different gimmick e.g. Week 1, each pokemon gets 1 illegal move; Week 2, every pokemon has to use moves/abilities/items with starting letters from their names; Week 3, there are only 3 of each choice items, Life orb, Assault vest and leftovers etc. available for the whole draft and you have to draft items at the top of the week to know what you can use But a lot of the people I'd want to be involved have said that the main reason they don't do draft leagues any more is that it was bad for their mental health to put so much effort into something just to instantly lose sometimes. And I don't know if the added rules would help with that feeling or if the incentive to try to 'prep' for all the crazy possibilities would just make it worse
Its been too long I know it takes a lot to do these videos but god almighty are they worth the wait. I hope you all can keep finding the passion to keep doing these fusion videos because it's just amazing truly.
For next video, Go to Pokemon Showdown have 5-6 random battles, take all the pokemons you had in showdown to a box and let your opponent select a random one for you. For making it even better- Spin a wheel to decide a buff or debuff from the box of a mon which is not selected after the end.
I have a really good idea for a video called stick or twist, you get 3 sticks and 3 twists you have your 3 randomised starters but if you twist, there is an alternative 4th choice that isn't revealed until you twist,you could also add if you stick you choose an illegal move and if you twist you can pick a random ability.
Man, I would have loved for this to be 'oh, we also don't evolve it' and Dylan forgot until after he'd chosen the Feebas. Still looking forward to one day getting a 'you're stuck with what's on screen' video. The weaker mon's being used is always way more entertaining than 'we both have five legendaries' because the creativity comes out to play.

Picking Water Pulse over something like Surf is so weird, maybe Shady just assumed Water Pulse has good base power because Clawitzer tends to use it normally? It's pretty weak without Mega Launcher, though.

Worst encounters shady? Think you meant to say best! I'm sure you had fun figuring out the puzzles of what to build. But also, non Legendaries meta is just better! VGC with all Legendaries banned was so much fun back in the days of Megas & Z-moves because it was surprisingly well balanced! 😊

I think it would be fun to be able to change movesets and items between games. Maybe increases the variance to much, but my favorite moments are when they catch each other off guard.

RaidAway+ Make a six week “match” schedule where each UA-camr plays 6 matches in a season. Each person gets 3 home matches which are hosted on their UA-cam channel and comes with a slight advantage (aka - home field advantage). Each week could be the same “and then we battle” scenario for everyone. Keep standings and at the end of the season, compete in a single elimination tournament for the ultimate bragging rights. I would follow something like this weekly! Would be so much fun to watch.

There is no limit on how many of these moves you can have, obviously dual types offer illegal move from two type categories so are nearly always better than solo typing
I have a fun idea for a challenge. Could y’all please catch eight Pokemon of your choice that all have random abilities. Both of you also get to pick out the move sets after catching the Pokemon. Once you both acquire teams, read off each of your team members’ Pokedex entries. If the one being read to correctly identifies a Pokemon entry, he gets the option to force a trade without knowing the moveset of the identified Pokemon. The player who gets the identity correct is also able to pick out a custom ability for the traded Pokemon. Sabotaging some of your own team members is legal. Let’s say that the two leftover Pokemon with easy Pokédex entries are physical attackers like Machamp. You can rigg the entire moveset to be special or support moves. The Pokemon can’t be pseudo legends, legends, paradox, ultra beast, mythical or, starters to make it a bit more challenging.
