Big INTERCOOLER UPGRADE on a 800HP Ford Falcon FG F6 Turbo | ANTZ Performance 4K
We go visit Leon from GM-F Performance in Ravenhall Victoria, where he recently fitted up our ANTZ Performance Stage 3 Intercooler and piping kit to a customers car giving it great cooling properties as well as an aggressive front end appearance!
With a few other performance parts added, results are just over 800HP at the wheels, creating an enjoyable street car.

Do these still have a dsg transmission?
Tiguan R only I believe. This doesn’t apply to US and Canadian Tiguans since they have Miller Cycle

So is this achievable with a 2020 SE R-Line?
Most likely not since the Tiguan r in Europe get the stronger gen3 engine from gti and golf r that can handle more power. The engines here in North America are the Gen 3b that are more efficient and can’t be brought to this state without having issues. A simple tune, cold air intake and bigger turbo inlet pipe will add some power to your Tiguan without breaking the bank.

This is on E85. You would very unlikely achieve this sort of power out of a GTX3584 on 98 ron

162TSI has 162KW so more than 180HP, 220Hp is quoted

Is this a plug & play turbo or do you have to change a few stuff so it can fit on a 2018 Tiguan?
Utilizes factory actuator and bolts up to the factory manifold, it is a plug and play turbocharger.
How well does that trans hold power?
The TCU was tuned at the same time, this car was modified and tuned in May 2022 To this date, there has been no issues with the car or transmission.

No this is an AU car, pretty much the GTI drivetrain that we get.

@@Quik_SQ5 I meant we as in North America but yeah, we got totally shafted as per usual. I'd kill for even a 1.8 with a DSG, cause at least then we'd be able to swap for an is38 and 300+HP. Tragically huge downside to an otherwise great car, love my Tig.

@@sinan9240unfortunately you won’t get the same result with the 180hp engine, it doesn’t have the same amount of headroom

Billet pump gears and backing plate. E85 only, no flex, Factory ford timing chain

Do a proper comparison test please and the dyno graph is too small can barely read it. I'm betting under 400rwkw there would hardly be a power difference with a k&n panel filter in stock airbox.

How did you get it dosing like that at the end of of the video? 4inch turbo intake doesn’t do that only 3 inch, am I wrong or right?
block the blow off valve, my g6e turbo doses like that and i have stock everything apart from blocked off blow off valve
