No game should do what cyberpunk did, the game was made with rtx in mind so after a bit playing with it when you turn it off you notice how muddy everything is, like wtf man even on ultra it looks so blurry all the shadows and lightning and reflections looks weird and like it's on low 😂 I hate it, the game force you to use it or it's looks weird and lacking, if that is the future than fk it, I'll only buy 2d pixel art games 😂 better than playing at 30 fps or a muddy ass ultra low like appearance fk that

I do most of my killing with a silenced M9 and a silenced MBP50. Also one tip you missed is getting the 3rd level guerilla garrison which gives advanced recon laptop which marks the alarms and and HVTs. I keep the marksman headgear which refunds bullets for headshots.

So guys i wanted to share my settings with the same graphics card (RTX 3070), so i use DX12 version with the frame generation mod from nexus mods, with this mod enabled, you must have sharpening on high for the best performance and I use Ultra + for all settings without RTX and gets around 90 - 130 on 1440p, Hope this helps!

I have the "Asus TUF RTX 3070 OC edition" and I plan to use it for the next year at least, because I just bought a new monitor anyway (MSI MAG 32C6X 32" 250Hz) and it's 1080p and I only play competitive first person shooters, so I want the frames per second more than the 1440p or 4k resolutions. And yes, I'm waiting for the price to drop; to or below £300 in the UK, 2nd hand, I'm expecting maybe early 2026. So, I guess I'm sticking with my 3070 for now.

People say the rebreather cave is optimal, but its actually the base camp where you find the action cam. 10 rounds at least and other useful stuff

RT looks good but the problem is developers aren’t implementing it in well, or optimising it so they’re hoping people rely on DLSS/Frame Gen to run it at acceptable levels. And even then, some games still run awful with those performance improving features turned on like SH2 remake or Witcher 3 with RT

Imo,ray tracing might be a cool option,but also having an alternative method for lighting that doesn't kill performance wouldn't hurt+some games barely have any physics objects that could influence lighting in the first place,so baked lighting would,be a better option,especially if the game doesn't even have a day/night cycle

First thing, elden ring has ray traced sun shadows, and ambient occlusion, the ao is hard to see in dark areas where most light is already "occluded" 2:17, 2:51 plague tale requiem also uses ray traced shadows but the quality of base shadowmaps is already so high that they should have just done something better like bounce lighting lol. I think ray tracong has always been cool, i had a 1660 super for years and couldnt even use it, but now i have a 4090 which might skew me a lil bit.

I have no idea what ray tracing is, but EVERY TIME I picked the ray tracing off to be the better looking image

For newcomers, like I was, desperetarely searching the internet for answers.. you can INDEED press the short key to go to your map and it WILL save your game, even if the icon does not appear, it will save your game on the very spot! I tested this in multiple locations in the Prologue. :)
