I've been wondering why my breath smells so bad even after I brushed my teeth, I thought I had some serious issue. After a month, it's not getting any better but now my left throat is sore. It feels like there's something causing it to sore. I realized that I rarely see tonsils stone coming out when brushing my teeth nowadays, so I thought it must be the trapped tonsil stone causing my breath to smell and my throat to sore. I've looked up for many removal methods, but it seems like the physical removal is more common but I'm unsure I'll be able to do so, because when I checked my tonsils, it seems like the tonsils stone are hidden and can't be seen through. I am glad I found this video and I've decided to try it out, hopefully it worked. I read so many comments and they look postive overall im gonna try this tonight, mine is so hidden i think my tonsil stones are around my epiglottis because i cant breathe normally it lead me to diziness and hypoxia i guess because my depth of breath is so low sometimes i dont breeath and i have to manual breathe lol. Press on your tonsil and push it back into your mouth. This will help to close the gaps that have opened up because the tonsil is inflamed or was.

Have observed that I had Constipation and Acidity whenever I got tonsil stones. Using laxatives prescribed by Doctor helps.

*UPDATE* after gargling 4 times yesterday, i did a good 30 sec gargle before going to sleep ( i brushed my teeth afterward ) and this morning i felt it moving and it got out ! THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE A LIFE SAFER ! first time a tonsil stone made me almost puke every morning but it finally got out ! Its been days and im about to go crazy ! I cant physically remove them because of my strong gag reflex, im going out to the store RIGHT now, im gonna give an update !
