“Hey guys today im gonna make a short and flex on everyone with how amazing i can shoot a bow” bahahah Great shootin bud, dialed in!!!
@@dw3164 hahaha I just couldn’t resist!! I appreciate it man! Thanks for watching 🤙🏻
Good video!! What pack is that you have? I'm looking for one to carry my saddle setup
Thank you! I’m running the Trophyline Palisade Pack. It’s been good to me so far. Has a specific spot to place your platform and the shell is like a harder foam. It is made to carry your saddle set up plus some camera gear so if you self film its perfect. Not too big not too small and it doesn’t break the bank for what packs cost no days! Been a great pack so far!
@@Tolook awesome thanks I'll have to check it out sense I do self filming. My current bag is just to small and uncomfortable to carry what I need
@@LTZRacing yeah there is like a fine line between too small, too big or just right! I think you’ll enjoy this pack if you end up getting one!
That form is looking strong. I haven't been able to follow thru the whole 30 days, not just went and watched a bunch of your videos. I am going to be documenting my journey on my channel. Thank you for being so informative. Tight lines brother 🤙🏻
@@Pond_King_Fishing I appreciate it! Been working hard on the form! Document it man! It will help you to improve all the more! Happy shooting 🤙🏻
Just purchased a Diamond Infinite edge pro for my very first bow. I got it at my local pawn shop for 175$ and had brand new custom strings and I figure for my first bow would be perfect. It's easy to adjust and goes all the way up to 70lbs. I am going to follow in your footsteps and document my journey on my UA-cam channel, which is mainly bass fishing. I love what you're doing here brother. Keep up the good work, it has been awesome watching your channel grow. Tight lines brother🤙🏻🎣🇺🇲👑
@@Pond_King_Fishing heck yeah that’s sweet for your first bow! That’s exactly what I did, buy a cheaper bow to get into it before deciding to dive deep into it! And for it to be easily adjustable is even better!! I appreciate you watching the channel man and thank you for the support! I’ll definitely check out your channel and keep an eye out for new videos! 🤝🏻🤙🏻
@@Tolook no worries brother. I hope that you have a great day today. Tight lines🤙🏻
@@Pond_King_Fishing Thank you! I hope you do as well! 🤘🏻
Congratulations on getting over 1k subscribers. I just got to 200 and was stoked about that. Keep up the good work brother, your videos are super informative and high caliber. 🤙🏻
@@Pond_King_Fishing thank you!! That was the first of many goals we have hit and are still pumped about it💪🏻 but heck yeah man! 200 subs is not easy to achieve! 200 people believe in you and your channel! That’s awesome! I appreciate you watching the video man! I’m glad you enjoyed it 🤝🏻🤝🏻
@@Tolook it has been a pleasure watching you grow as an archer, in my opinion it is the most difficult way to harvest an animal, but also the most satisfying once you achieve your goal. Once all of your hard work and practice comes to fruition, that is what makes it so great. Have a great day brother, off to do some blue collar stuff 🤙🏻💪🏻
@@Pond_King_Fishing Yeah I 100% agree! bow hunting is in my opinion one of the hardest ways to harvest an animal. The script has the play out perfectly to make it happen! But that is why we practice so much... so that when that time comes we will be ready! You have a great day as well! Thanks for the chat 👍🏻
Too bad the contestants on Alone can't take this gear with them. 😀
You just got me with the overpacking. I went to a 930cu Tenzing lumbar pack and just realized yesterday that's still too big.
@@tbjinvestments it gets all of us! I just had my first sit of the year and today I’m planning to redo my pack because I didn’t need a couple things!
Learning to draw with the arrow aimed toward the target then get into your normal shot process. Practice at this standing on the ground and in the saddle. Learn to draw with the elbow at least as high as your shoulder and the bow straight out in front. This will still put the back muscles into position for using them to pull thru the shot- no punching allowed EVER! Even for experienced hunters it’s hard to not rush the shot. You gotta shoot like at a 3-d event- a controlled release. Seeing hair behind the pin and hammering that trigger won’t cut it. Rushing the shot can easily mean a wounded animal you may never find and it will suffer a slow painful death.
@@timbow50 100% agree. The last thing we as hunters want to do is wound an animal!
Once I seen your fly was down I was done
@@robertbraithwaite5873 I didn’t notice it until after 😅😅😅😅
@@Tolook this could be the secret to great success. Keeping the body well ventilated helps focus!!
@@robertbraithwaite5873 its possible! Maybe until it gets cold then you don’t want any ventilation 😂
May I ask where did u get that cube target and if I can get it in Europe Slovakia
@@Simon1-kn5ec this is a black out target and the other red target I shoot is a Morrell target. I would imagine you could order either target online but I’m not 100% sure on their delivery in Europe👍🏻
@Tolook the blackout sadly doesn't but I'll check the morell tomorrow morning
@@Simon1-kn5ec hopefully they deliver there!
Whats the poundage pls
@@Simon1-kn5ec 60 lbs

Yes sir🤙🏻🤙🏻🏹
I am the over packing king! I do it with fishing. It’s the kitchen sink and all. And I only use 1% of it. Great video Cam!
We all do it😅 it’s a double edged sword! It’s better to have it then not but in saddle hunting we don’t want to over pack for weight! Thanks for watching man glad you enjoyed it 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

You’re a hell of a shot, good luck this season!
Thank you!! Been working hard to get better at shooting! Good luck to you as well!!💪🏻💪🏻
Was you able to shoot 100 yards with this sight ?
The sight tapes that come with the sight go from 20 yards all the way too 100 yards. However with my set up with shooting 60lbs and running about a 450ish grain arrow my personal sight tap maxes out around 90 yards. Could have gone further but I cut the last 10 yards off the tap to void overlapping over my 20 yard mark
I have a single & 3 pin version of this sight. They are solid sights but don't have 3rd axis adjustment. You might check out the Apex Gear Covert single pin sight as well. They are a good budget sight and they have 2nd & 3rd axis adjustments. I have the direct mount version on my Evolve 31 and the dovetail verson on my Omen. Great video! You have a new subscriber!
see that is one thing about this sight that I wish it had! Every time I sight in with this sight I always find myself saying “Wish it had a 3rd Axis adjustment”. But like you said other then that I agree the sight is a good budget sight! I will check out the Apex Single Pin. I am happy you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching and subscribing!! 😁
Wtf are you wearing that stupid harness in your back yard 😂😂 you know that giant sucker messes with your shot 🤡🤡 I bet you use the word BUILD for everything too
I’m thinking about doing the same 30 day challenge you did but with a recurve/longbow! I’m going home in 2 weeks on leave and gonna pickup my recurve from my house in NC. I’m not sure if I’m gonna post it though, I don’t like being on camera😂
@@mitchellowensby5245 I think you 100% should! I’d love to see it done with a long bow! If you don’t decide to post it recording can help you see your shot👍🏻 but 100% do the challenge man it works wonders!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻
@@Tolook it’s gonna be an absolute beginner thing, I’ve shot my recurve for 1 summer before a deer season then went to boot camp and haven’t been home for 2 deer seasons now…I miss deer season bad
@@mitchellowensby5245 thank you for your service man!! I hope you get the chance this year to get step into the woods and let your world slow down! Would be awesome if you got one with a recurve!
Yep! You’re ready. Goodluck!👍👍👍👍👍

@@DeepSouthPursuits Good Luck!!
I just started archery very recently and i am looking for a new scope, and a new stabilizer. Do you recommend any that i should buy? Also does one longer front stabilizer make the bows weight feel uneven? Thank you for the help!!!!
@@wyattv9075 oh sweet man! It really depends on if you like a multi pin sight or a single pin slider with a sight tape. Personally I like the single pin with a sight tape because you can fine tune your yardage to 25 yard over having to guess on a spot to hold between your 20 and 30 pin for a 25 yard shot. So for a sight the sight I have is the CBE tactical hybrid single pin sight I believe it runs about $129 on Amazon! From the stabilizer point I have a 12 inch stabilizer off the front to add a little more weight off the front to help with stabilization and helping to not torque the bow as much on the shot. It works really good with just the stabilizer off the front but my plan was to get a back bar off the back to help even more with this I just haven’t gotten around to it yet personally bc the front / back bar combo is $225 I believe so I was saving money 😂 but personally just the one off the from works really good but the back bar would make it great with better stabilization. I currently have the trophy ridge 12 inch bar off the front and I highly recommend this to people looking for a new stabilizer! It all boils down to the look and feel you’re going for along with the money you’re wanting to spend on it. It doesn’t make it feel uneven to me really because I’ve never had the back bar to get the feel of one. But some of my shots torque to the side and I believe if I had a back bar that would fix that problem for myself personally. I hope this helps and welcome to the archery family 🤙🏻💪🏻
@@wyattv9075 plus another reason I would recommend you getting a single pin would be because it opens your archery ability up so much more. Your multi pins max out usually around 60 yards depending on how people sight and with how many pins that specific sight has. With a single pin slider you can push past that and have a good time watching your arrow fly shooting at yardages at 100 yards and so on! To me it makes archery more fun 🤙🏻
@@Tolook thank you so much for the insight 😊
Nice!
@@stephenswansonjr1377 thank you 🤙🏻🤙🏻
your hand rotates down when your bow breaks. this means you are getting good surprise breaks. gook luck hunting.
Always a fun watch!
I appreciate you man, truly 🤙🏻
Great form! Good luck hunting!
Thank you! Have our eye one a big fella!
Good content! Score only goes up from here!!!
@@xVERNETTIx I appreciate it💪🏻 we will get it soon 🤙🏻
What sight are you running brother?
@@Warcrimesaregood CBE Tactic Hybrid single pin 💪🏻
@@Tolook nice, looking at one right now on eBay! Has it been pretty good so far?
@@Tolook I’ve also always wondered the advantages of single pins as well, it it hard to adjust them in a hunting situation?
@@Warcrimesaregood Yes sir I have shot with this one for 2 years now and love it!!
@@Warcrimesaregood in my opinion it is better for a couple reasons over a multi pin sight. It is nice to have all the pins so you don’t have to move your sight wheel to get your yardage but say your pins max out at 40 yards and for some reason you need to shoot 50 you’d be able to move your sight tape to 50 vs not having a pin. Plus, this is the main one for me personally. With pins you sight into 20, then 30, and so on. When a deer steps out at 24 yard you are kind of guessing on where exactly to put the middle area to hit the perfect shot on the animal. With a pin you can go right to 24 yards and feel confident it will hit right where you have your pin. That is the main reason I personally like the single pin sliders over the multi fix pin sights.
I am plain out terrible at shooting the bow I have been shooting the second I get the sight on the target any tips
I think this would be considered tigger panic but idk
Or target mb
@@Buckhunter-zl4zd yes that is target panic. What I would recommend is blank bailing. Cover your target in some way to where you can not see the dot you are aiming at on your target. Then draw back, once at full draw put your pin on the target, take a deep breath and shoot. Hit the target but right now we don’t care where it hits. Work at that then remove the cover or however you are blocking the dots on your target and do the same thing. Draw, deep breath, shoot. Get comfortable with that then move to getting your shot process dialed in. Draw, deep breath, pull your release away from your bow to create that surprise shot, then shoot! Archery is 80% mental and 20% form. You’re going to get it! Basically everyone that shoots has a form of target panic or had one and fixed it! You can too🤙🏻🤙🏻
Ok thank you very much
@@Buckhunter-zl4zd absolutely! Good luck! You got this 💪🏻💪🏻
Draw length looks too short to me!
@@GreshamWildboys yeah I think it’s about half an inch short!
@@Tolook I would start at a half an inch and see what that looks like, but might be able to get up to an inch
