She's gorgeous, nothing like a puppy to love.

I was my husbands caregiver for a few years. I wouldn't change a thing even though he has passed. You don't realize at the time that you've put yourself and thoughts far away. It is isolating etc etc . But none of that matters while going through life crises. You are strong, beautiful and brave and I'm so happy for both of you that you are together.

I've been in a really dark space for several weeks. Today, the spell has lifted thank goodness.

Time in therapy and medicine will only get better as the moths go by. Seems like you see the light…❤ I saw a big difference after two months. I have no shame at all. Once you allow help in every way then it’s time to truly heal. I’m so much better now a year in….

God has u Rachel o bare he loves u and all we have to is ask for him to heal our body and he will do it. Just be still and know that he is God almighty all powerful all love .

So strange thsts its almost tabu to talk about pain and sex ! Other pain is ok..😵‍💫 My expetience , we talk more about it in Europe then in US. Its not just a problem for women. Even men with back problems, neckproblems etc dont wanna have sex no more cause of pain. My muscles inside the body heart like crazy , I have done a big back surgery. Here to support you ! You are far ftom alone 😘😘😘

my opinion as having been there, your cared for your husband during illness and that need was there, but due to him now having had his operation, its sudden that care aspect has gone, but something else has entered you have your independance back and you like it, but because its been a while you have a little guilt about it and a little selfishness of wanting it but not in a bad way, now kyle is healing you want and deserve to be back were you both were before illness, you like your independance and so you should, but you will get to where you want to be and you will be happy. but this is just my opinion.

God was with you all the way, never forget how powerful he is.

so many people around you are in the same place you are but they are no willing to talk about it. We shame anyone with a mental problem. That is so sad.

Yeah I feel like that with regards to getting help for my mental illness...there's a gratefulness but also...why did I wait to get help, my life could have been better faster. But part of taking care of yourself is giving yourself grace in that respect.

you are on the path....... finding the entrance is so hard but once you find it and get on the path to recovery (even the beginning) you feel empowerment aka action! Congrats... be patient... there will be bumps but you will handle them and accept them..... knowing smooth pavement always lies after a bump!

There is nothing wrong with taking medication for mental health. You would never think pokrly of someone who took ibuprofen or diabetes medication. You need to do what works for YOU. Work with your providers. Start a journal if you're worried about any side effects. It is something that could help you bring concerns to your providers in the future. You got this! I don't know you. But I'm so proud of you for taking the steps you need to feel better! Good luck!

I felt better quickly knowing that I had hope and knowing that I was doing something to help myself. Took a week for me to feel so much better. I know it can be a struggle for others to find the correct medicine and dosage, but I hope, like me, you have success💙💙💙

The best advice I can give in regard to medication: be compliant. That sounds simple, but a lot of us internally fight against taking medication. Take it around the same times, in similar situations (with/without food) and see how you feel after a few weeks. Once I started truly being a compliant patient, I noticed a huge improvement in myself. I haven't had a major depressive episode in a long time, and the highs and lows are much less severe. You realize with having a loved one with medical conditions makes you a care giver. Even if it’s not a physical chore at home for you, the driving can wear you out. You are both under so much stress it’s exhausting. Take time outs whenever you can, treat yourself often. Your doing great! 🙏🏻👍🏻

My hubby takes this, gives him energy but dry mouth is a side effect ...I think its used for stop smoking as well, good luck😀

Hi, can you say what the okra water does and how to make it? Any type of depression meds takes about a month to actually feel better but glad your feeling better now. Keep up your fun times it helps a lot. 👍🏻🙏🏻

My daughter has taken it for 20 yrs for ADD (not ADHD) and depression. It took 6 wks to “kick in”.

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for just over ten years. I have ADD and depression. It’s been very helpful for me and my journey, just remember if you decide to no longer take it, it’s can be a long process (for the best results)!

Welly B changed my life. I wasn’t getting up dreading the day anymore. Helped my ADHD. The first dose is the hardest, I put it off for 2 months.

I’ve been on it for probably 20 years with no side effects and still working well. Good luck in this journey
