Boleh tengok dalam video minit ke 8:35 Selepas dah ganti, biasakan buka dan tutup air heater melalui water valve dan BUKAN stopcock dinding. Kos untuk ganti water valve heater lebih murah daripada ganti stopcock dinding kerana kemungkinan perlu pecahkan dinding untuk ganti stopcock baru yang kebanyakannya adalah plastik dan suatu hari nanti akan reput, rekah dan pecah atau getah akan keras setelah bertahun-tahun pulas buka dan tutup. Biarkan stopcock dinding sentiasa terbuka dan kawal air water heater melalui water valve heater. Tapi pastikan switch tutup selepas digunakan. Punca utama kerosakan heater mandi atau heater air tapis adalah kerana KETIADAAN AIR ketika heater dipasang, maka heater akan jadi terlalu panas dan merosakkan board elektronik. cth situasi adalah apabila kawasan rumah takde air paip sebab selenggaraan, maka perlu Tutup suis heater air penapis untuk menjaga board elektronik daripada overheat dan rosak.

Oil control valve berkait rapat dgn performance Kereta. untuk kawal keluar masuk minyak engine. Bagi kereta lama, Jika performance merudum seperti gegar, pickup lemah dll ini antara barang yang perlu diperiksa.

Your welcome. If im not mistaken it should be on the steering side. You can easily remove the plastic cover for confirmation.

@@sanosabhju are you talking about obd scanner? Error is only given when its 100% malfunction. If it's still moving, error will not be detected. My servo motor still works. It just didn't work as it should. Another example is the water pump. Only when the water pump stop operating will the obd return an error. Error will not be given if the pump is still spinning regardless if it's spinning slow and not at optimum speed.

@@sanosabhju we can chat on telegram. I cannot promise to give a solution. Currently, What is the problem? Is it hot air coming out the blower ? I would just recommend a new servo motor replacement. Its not expensive. Also cannot make time to make a video of the servo motor.

Maaf saya tak tahu. Pergi Perodua SC dan bagi buku servis kpd staf sana untuk dapatkan harga barang dan pemasangan. Nak beli barang sahaja pon boleh. Tapi saya cadangkan buat pemasangan di SC terus. Genuine boleh tahan 15 tahun. Selepas tukar takyah fikir dah.

Waalaikumussalam. Jangan buang. Masalah knocking takde kaitan dgn filter. Cuba check kemungkinan overheat. Kipas radiator, Water pump, radiator, coolant dll. Mungkin Radiator terlalu kotor atau berkarat. Jagaan kereta ni cari solusi murah dulu. Baru check yg mahal2.

Saya pun tak tahu. Tapi Saya ada baca banyak kaitan dgn performance kereta macam pickup lemah atau kuat makan petrol. Barang boleh tahan sehingga 15 tahun, jadi boleh tukar shj sebelum rosak. Hanya Jika keluar Check engine tu kena scan guna obd dulu.

Waalaikumussalam. Baru mmg awal2 guna keras. Yg baru ori pon keras. Selepas bbrp bulan nnt jadi biasa. Sebaiknya baru Ori atau halfcut Jepun. 'Third party' okay shj, hanya ketahanan mungkin tak dapat 10 Tahun atau 200,000km. Jangan beli recond. Sbb depa ganti barang dalam tu pon guna barang made in china jer nnt.

Agree.. but removing it all is a lot of work. Removing the assembly Would need to drain coolant and replace 5-6 liters of super long life coolant which is kinda expensive. An alternative is using pressure spray can such as degreaser which can penetrate the front condenser to the radiator at the back. Two spray cans would be more than enough.

@@dzulhaziqnasir333 I DID WHAT YOU DID FIRST THEN I WENT AHEAD REMOVED THE RADIATOR IT TOOK ME 30 MINS LONGER TO REMOVE IT FROM WHAT YOU DID REMOVE THE WHOLE METAL BAR WHICH HAS 4 BOLTS AND THE LATCH 3 BOLTS REMOVE PLASTIC PIECE ON TOP OF RADIATOR NOW YOU CAN SEE BETWEEN THE RADIATORS FOUND A THICK LAYER OF DIRT ON IT SO I DECIDED TO REMOVE THE RADIATOR TO GIVE IT A GOOD CLEANING I DRAIN THE COOLANT GET A CLEAN TRAY OR PUT A GARBAGE BAG OVER A DIRT TRAY SAVE THE COOLANT FOR LATER I ENDED UP REPLACING THE FAN AS WELL I LIFTED THE CONDENSER ITS JUST SITTING ON TWO RUBBER BOOTS JUST LIFT IT UP AND MOVE IT FORWARD TO GIVE IT ROOM TO REMOVE FAN COVER AND IT'S OUT IF YOU END UP GETTING A NEW FAN I WOULD CHECK THE CONNECTOR LENGTH LOT OF THE CHEAP ONES ARE TOO SHORT PROBABLY MADE FOR THE PRIUS V THIS IS HAPPENED TO ME I GOT MAD I HAD TO STOP WORK ON IT THE EXTRA WORK IS WORTH IT IT'S NOT MUCH TIME THE HARD PART WAS REMOVING THE TWO BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSES

Harga halfcut adlh 10%-20% drpd harga baru. Dianggap harga besi buruk. Pastikan check dulu semua bahagian adalah keras, dan getah tak koyak. Tie rod, tie rod end, getah. . Baru 1000-1200 Halfcut 120-300 OEM 400-600 ❌ Recond - risau barang dlm dah rosak. ✅ Upah pasang 200 lebih Jika dikatakan Genuine tapi dijual terlalu banyak diskaun drpd 1000, tinggi kebarangkalian ianya fake.

Your welcome. Dont need to drain. Its above the oil level. Best to do it in the morning or after the car have parked for a few hours. Enough time for the oil to cool down and drain to the bottom of engine.

Your welcome. Should last 15 yrs. Change engine oil as scheduled using the correct engine oil. And Never use engine oil treatment. Main cause for engine oil to clump and become sludge.

Is it the servo motor is missing? Or the flap gear is broken? Main cause for hot air is the servo motor is not turning the flap correctly. So it's stuck on directing hot air into the cabin. The flap is inside the AC housing. The last thing you want is to remove the AC airflow housing assembly. Thats a lot of things you need to remove.

This is tutorial for changing servo motor that controls the hot air flap ua-cam.com/video/QreL-5xXKjA/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared Tutorial is for prius1.8 but the same concept is applied to priusC.

The servo motor must not be removed entirely or it will make the AC sistem error / hang / stall. Either make a servo motor replacement or follow the tutorial. Another option is to bypass the coolant hot core, but ive never tried it. Its a cheaper option also. Just need 2 hose to re-direct the coolant back to the engine without passing through the hot core under the dashboard.

I will be honest. Ive never tried changing head gasket yet. I cannot advise on the your project. But the method to release the chain tensioner in video is based on Toyota. I got the pdf screen shot from priuschat .com Take your time searching the site. I believe there is a discussion on this.

Prius gen3 and ct200h share the same engine model. Go to priuschat .com and search what you need using keyword "prius gen3". Keyword Example, prius gen3 head gasket replacement. There is a discussion thread. I've read it before but im not ready (tools and time) to do this project. Any information would help you with your ct200h.

Setahu saya, semua ICE ada. Mungkin saya silap. Saya kira tak perlu risau pasal filter dan control valve jika 1. tukar minyak engine secara berjadual 2. Kereta bawah 15 tahun 3. Tak pernah guna engine flushing.

I Agree with you. Prius is very heavy, curb weight is close to 1500 kg or 3300 lbs. for those that don't own a triangle jack stand, I would recommend using 2 jacks. Use it on a leveled concrete floor, also make sure the car is stable. Always access from the side and do not crawl under the car. It should be safe.

High probability its the motor. That's early symptom of failure. One day its going to stop functioning. The motor is constantly moving (open and close) to always maintain the temp set on AC panel. Probably its turning one direction (hot) and sometimes doesn't turn to cold direction. I recommend to remove it or replace it before it stops functioning. Finding parts and shop also takes time. You wont want to use the car when the motor stops functioning. Change it while its still comfortable to drive.

Hack terbaik juga ni. Jimat duit dan masa. Yang penting tiada gegaran dan senyap.

Is the nut missing or broken? Did you turn the nut the wrong way when untightening?
