Matteo - in English - the word you want is "snap", as in I snap my fingers, or the lady's head turns with a snap, or turns snappily, or her head snaps into position. Great lecture, thx :)

Very useful information 🤩. IMHO, an additional problem is how to improve the connection to the floor; that movement comes from the feet and how to avoid pressure thru the hands (especially if it's stressful). Which basic exercises may help?
