Anfibio's Sigma TXL packtraft. A 2.8-metre boat that can sustain 6kph on calm seas but weighs 3.5kg. So for us it's been a whole new way of enjoying daytrip sea paddles. We can access or get off at pretty much any remote shore and walk the rest. Getting to grips with my 2-8-metre Anfibio Sigma TXL [ua-cam.com/video/ZMeG0XuCzrU/v-deo.html] in northwest Scotland to make it a useful tourer when the wind allows. The bigger volume makes the TXL more buoyant than a regular, rear-weighted solo packraft, putting the stock skeg half out of the water. Midsummer's Day in the Summer Isles but it's chilly and windy. A good day to go out in the drysuit and try a bit more WindPaddling.
