Hello MaryAnne! This is a great question! Many cities use multiple sources for water: first thing to do is to build rainwater catchment systems in the form of silos and rain towers to harvest the rainwater and store it. Second source is drilling for water in the form of wells. The third medium of storage is large lakes and reservoirs to store water. Water is the most expensive part of land development and requires a lot of money from developers in the city to harvest, store, filter, and recirculate. We will do some videos on this with our friend Luke Caraway from Viewpoint Engineering and talk more about Water soon!

That is correct! Though we have some lenders that could lend up to 100% with no mortgage insurance. (You have to fall into their criteria, though)

We appreciate your opinion, expressing your point of view. The reality is that buying a home is a very subjective decision. A great purchase for someone, maybe a horrible idea for another person in a different situation. However, if you look historically, despite the market trends, nobody regrets owning a property for 5 or more years.

I live I Miami Florida there is only 1 regular pool and they cut the grass and I pay $482 a month. Sooooo I would love to only pay $120

@@austincitybrotherswith the sink next to the stove, I can wash, chop, and prepare the food on one side and then put it in the pot or oven without having to turn around. I know with that alignment we can do that facing other people, but don't know... In Europe we have smaller kitchen and houses in general. In USA you are taking to the next level. The houses are becoming bigger and bigger.🙃
